Lala was a great server and was very sweet & attentive. We celebrated my daughters 11th birthday today and the staff came out and sang and she was smiling so big her cheeks were hurting. Our food came out quick & we were very pleased with our service. Thanks Lala for being a great server & also a being sweetheart and answering our questions.
We came in, sat down and noticed the table was greasy. It wasn't cleaned from the previous guest. We asked the waiter to please either move us or clean it. He said he'd clean another table and move us. He never did it. He left for 15 mins and never returned. The table he was going to clean for us, never touched. The most disturbing part was upon leaving, the girl that had just sat us looks up (from her phone) for 2 seconds to say bye to us. I'm like would she not be paying attention long enough to ask why we're leaving since she just sat us down? Of course not - she only cared about her phone apparently. I am not sure why these businesses let kids run their establishment in the evenings. Mature management needs to be available and running things at all hours. This place was dead-maybe 2 other folks there. Zero excuse to get this type of customer service if you're that empty.

This place would easily have 100 stars if they wouldn’t have taken away the best thing they’ve brought to juicy…. The lunch special. It made it so people who don’t have 40-50$ to pay for a meal only had to pay 15$… it’s not like it was crazy pack or everyone even knew about it.

Great food, service, and price. Be prepared to get messy but in a good way. Our waitress was so sweet and funny. Never had to ask for anything.
Is no one else concerned that this “butter” concoction the food is swimming in never congeals. Melted butter eventually congeals! What did I eat yesterday? I was hung over my porch when I got home trying not to puke. It also smelled weird in there. Staff were nice though.

He and the exceptional food will have us making Juicy Crab in Kennesaw a regular pick for us. Thank you Jeffery and the entire staff for making this a wonderful experience. This is my Sunday go-to spot. Jasmine is the best bartender. Her $5 peach margaritas are lethal!! Lol. The taste & quality is always consistent at any Juicy Crab I visit, including this Kennesaw location.
Let’s just call it like it was! My fault, do not order fried crabs, if you are more into mediterranean diet or vegan diet. You will regret it, I did.. the waitress offered to take it back and get me something to else but It was pretty much half ate, honestly I was my fault. None the store. I’ll go back and stick with the broiled seafood!
