The food was good but the service was extremely slow and it took almost 45 mins to even pay. When the checks finally arrived there was an extra $5 margarita on my daughter’s bill. We even showed the server the amount of glasses on the table. She said she would have it taken off no big deal. Well the server was gone for 20 mins and i was wondering what was taking so long so I walked around to the bar and the manager was sitting and talking to someone. When he finally noticed I was standing there waiting he then came over to me and said he had to go count the glasses himself. By this time I was tired of waiting because I had been trying to leave for over 30 mins by this time.So I told him don’t bother just charge me the $5 and give me back my card so I could leave. He then sent the server to run the cards and it took another 12 mins for me to get my card back and I told the manager it was ridiculous that it was that big of a deal to him to take a $5 margarita off a bill that we had never received when out checks totaled over $400. He said we would have to be patient he had just been told about it a couple of mins ago. So I don’t know what they had been doing for all that time but it obviously wasn't trying to provide good customer service. It wasn’t even very busy there were several empty tables. This was at the Town Center location in Kennesaw Ga.
This Kennesaw location has got to be the worst! Just take the extra 20 min and drive to Smyrna. Yesterday I had a mix up with my bill and the waitress didn’t understand so I asked to explain it to her manager..she said he said he can’t take it off and he not coming over here, I’m like what? So I went to him explaining I ordered 2 combos with shrimp but theres an extra order of shrimp on my receipt and none of my kids ordered it or received it.He gone say if it’s on your receipt it was delivered so someone ate it, I’m like it was never delivered and I ain’t paying for something I didn’t order or receive, thats your waitress mistake.He took it off but had the worst attitude! Now as I’m leaving the waitress says, I know how that order was added to your bill, It was suppose to be on another persons bill at your table but I can only add 4 items to a combo and that one went on your bill instead of theirs.Now it was a party of 8. She could have sorted that all out by going over the orders and making sure she gave the correct bill to the correct person. But that manager refusing to talk to ME a customer about an issue then had a sorry attitude is very concerning for a business who wants you to return! Poor customer service and just ghetto.AND to add, it doesn’t taste as good as the others. No flavor just salt, then barely had any sauce in the bag!

Juicy crab is not what it use to be when it first opened of course the portions seem smaller and then don't give you as much sauce. As the saying goes do whatever you did to get me to keep me.
The food came out quickly and was delicious! Very clean and family friendly environment. Our server Devin was phenomenal! The best Juicy Crab!Vegetarian options: Broccoli, corn on cob, potatoes, steamed rice, French fries, Cajun fries, onion rings, hush puppies, sweet potato fries, lemon pepper corn, Cajun green beans, coleslaw, fried pickles

Exceptional seafood! This place is the epitome of my love for seafood. The blend of spices and flavors is incredible, and the portions are just perfect. I adore this place!
This place leaves a lot to be desired. The food is m mediocre at best. Everything they bring you is on styrofoam plates, plastic silverware. It’s dirt in this place. My shoes were so sticky from the dirt floor I had to wash the bottoms on the bathroom, because they were sticking to the floor. Service was not good. Our waitress was no where in sight after we received our food, so we tried asking another wait staff for help. She responded let me get your server.

I normally don’t write reviews but this really upset me today. I am there just about every week, and when I asked for cocktail sauce today I was told that none comes with the order I placed. That you only get cocktail sauce with fried foods, and that I would have to purchase them. In which I did for five dollars. So I guess people don’t eat cocktail sauce with peel and eat shrimp. I know that everyone that ordered this food today did. For a 120.00 dollars it seems like I could have gotten a few cocktail sauces, on top of leaving a ten dollar tip for not receiving table service in which I probably would have been given sauce for FREE!!! Bonus, then I received my food that barely had any sauce in the bag as well as everything being overcooked. Normally everything is good here, but not this visit. After this I am not sure I will be back. Too many other seafood places!!
