honestly the food was great but the service was amazing! me and my friends came for our friends 21st birthday and James was so accommodating and wonderful to us. he brought out fireworks and a cake for our friend and went above and beyond for us. absolutely amazing experience! Ask for James!!

If I could give a negative number I would. Worst experience ever! The general manager Brandy Cole doesn’t even know the companies corporate policies. The entire situation was exhausting, embarrassing, shocking, rude, and just over all the most horrible customer service experience I’ve had in my 51 years of being alive! My entire Christmas was ruined with my daughters. I only see them during Christmas on Christmas Day. We always go to Fogo for Christmas and Melting Pot for birthdays. In April I spent almost $800 at the same location and had zero issues. This year Fogo was booked so we decided to go to Melting Pot. I had gift cards totaling $300. The general manger refused to even attempt to run the card numbers and insisted that they were fraudulent cards. She argued that her corporate policy was that the card had to have 13 digits and mine had 12 even though I had the receipt and when entering on their own website showed as valid and showed balanced of what I purchased. Myself and my family ended up leaving. The one holiday I spend with my daughters was completely ruined! I paid the almost $60 for the 3 drinks we got and left. Which by the way I feel like I shouldn’t have even paid for. There were no other restaurants opened. We ended up having to get a sub sandwich at a gas station as we had saved eating for this experience. Today, the day after Christmas, I again verified with the company Klarna that the gift cards were not fraudulent so I reached out to the corporate office for Melting Pot. Their corporate office advised that they in fact do sale gift cards through Klarna and that those cards contain 12 numbers. They further confirmed that all stores received information regarding this new contract or agreement with Klarna and that someone in the position of a General Manager should definitely know their own company policy. That being said, I hope that they refund my out of pocket for Christmas Day as it was ruined, I spent a hour driving there, a hour driving home, waited 30 minutes past my reservation time, another almost hour at restaurant over this situation, about a hour on the phone with Melting Pot, 5 hours on the phone with Klarna and a hour at police department. I feel like The Melting Pot should either give me what I would’ve spent for ruining our Christmas dinner or at the very least give 3 meals which include upgraded meat that we can use at a later date as the Christmas menu is not available. Refund my payment for Christmas Day. Nonetheless the gift cards should definitely be fully refunded. I will await the response and update. On a personal note, I feel like the manager should personally apologize for being condescending, embarrassing and unsympathetic to myself and my daughters on Christmas Day! THE WORLD DOES NOT NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE THIS LADY!! I am a supervisor in healthcare, you should always “try” to attempt a resolution. Bickering and embarrassing people shouldn’t be a tactic that a General Manager attempts for resolution.

This is definitely the worse location of the 3 in the metro Atlanta area. Took the host 10 minutes to start meeting people at the door and a big line had already formed. The female bartender was rude, The female Hispanic waitress (never introduced herself so I don’t know her name) we had had a horrible attitude and didn’t look like she wanted to be there at all and was just terrible overall. the place looked dirty and dull this place does a terrible disservice to an otherwise great franchise

A big thank you to Brandi and Sebastian for making our family dinner so enjoyable. We have tried other Melting Pot locations, but the Kennesaw location stands out!

From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. Brandi, the manager, greeted us and promptly seated our party of six for our reservation. She was very friendly, even taking a moment to chat with the youngest member of our group, our 7th-grade son, making him feel welcome. She also helped us select a bottle of wine that paired well with our meal.

Our server, Sebastian, was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make it a great experience! He was attentive, so accommodating, and genuinely friendly - always had a smile on his face each time he approached our table! The food was delicious, and every detail was attended to! We’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I went to have a nice dinner and the melting pot was what we chose being our first time our waiter Ryan was awesome helping us decide what to get he was very knowledgeable and friendly and it was very much appreciated

I always have a great time at The Melting Pot! I came to celebrate a birthday on a Thursday night and our service was excellent. It wasn't busy and the atmosphere makes the experience really intimate. Our server was extra sweet on us and gave us a little message on the side to make it special. 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking for a romantic dinner or a great intro to a fondue experience.

Sebastian is a top notch server. He explained every step of the way, and offers great suggestions. His radiant personality kept us smiling! When I called to compliment, Brandy was oozing pride over her staff. Ambiance was cozy in our booth. Certainly will return for not only delicious food, but impeccable service. It’s not often you find someone eager to take care of patrons, but Sebastian was, and made it known!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at The Melting Pot, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! Our server, Morgan, was incredible—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His recommendations were spot-on, and he brought a lot of warmth and personality to our night. The food was outstanding, and each course was better than the last. The ambiance was perfect for a special occasion, making it a truly memorable evening. Thank you, Melting Pot and Morgan, for making our anniversary so special. We will definitely be back!

Dinner tonight was delicious. I had never been to melting pot and wasn't sure what it was all about. The server Owen was fantastic. He went above and beyond to explain the menu and go over options. He also made sure to keep our glasses full and kept asking if we had everything we needed. His attention to customer service was very refreshing. I will definitely be back. The manager Brandy was also very nice and checked on us. She was working right along with her staff. To me that is impressive.
