Ngurah was our server and he was professional, prompt, & friendly! Presentation and food was amazing!
Everything was great at dinner! Budz was our hibachi chef and she was amazing. The show she did was entertaining and she was very funny. Our waiter Ngurah was very attentive and nice as well. He gave us a great experience!

Always an amazing experience with Ngurah and Volcano steak and sushi. They are always professional, the portion size at hibachi is “chef’s kiss” and out food always come out a 10/10. We have been coming here since they opened and have always had an awesome experience.

Super fast and friendly, server Nguwan and Buddy Chef were incredibly accommodating to add our 2 to the table! ALL the food was hot and fresh! 10 out of 10 !
Absolutely disgusted 🤮 with this place. I went to dinner tonight and my daughter ordered miso soup and she got a lovely surprise 😮 which was a lawn shrimp! The manager thought giving is a $20.00 gift card would solve the issue. We walked out and did not eat there! Never again! I will be reporting this to the health department! If I could post the picture I would.

This is one of our favorite places to eat. Wednesdays they have half of sushi and we load up the plate with all kinds of rolls. It’s truly something worth trying. We love this place and hope it stays forever
