Horrible service we tried to order food online we werr told 45 minutes so I called The Waffle House to verify and the recording says we no longer take orders by phone and will not allow me to speak to anyone to clarify. clearly do not care about their customers

I’ve been coming to this Waffle House for about three years now since I moved in this area. It’s safe to say that this is my favorite Waffle House. The food quality is always excellent. Not one single employee has given me a bad vibe in here. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. The manager Kat has a lot of experience, is personable, and does a great job overseeing the place. Highly recommend this Waffle House.

Overall, there are good crews on every shift......beware, however, that Waffle House uses Margarine instead of Real Butter. I have certain dietary restrictions and came to know very recently that Margarine is used. This is important to me because of the processed Oils that are the main ingredients in Margarine rather than cream that is used in butter.

Been going to the Waffle Houses in North Metro Atlanta for decades. This was probably the best experience so far. The entire crew was vibing and having a good time. The manager (Kat) said she's worked hard to put that crew together and it shows. 5/5

I have been too this location b4 ,and not impressed at all the cook need to go back to cooking school I order the same thing every time and med well eggs means hard yoke not runny, the staff is always friendly and courteous the cook how ever is the worst , he needs re trained or let go sorry to write this but customer service is number 1

First of all, when we were first seated and our waiter came up to us, we were only given forks, no knife. Then after we ordered drinks and food, one of our drinks had some type of black goo inside of it. after that, our food was delivered but not all of it, we had almost finished our food by the time the waffle we ordered came to the table, and even then, the waffle still had uncooked waffle batter on the outside of the waffle.
