Placed an order on mobile app. Waited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes not including the wait to get there (there was only 1 car in front of me). Pulled up to window and waited almost 5 more minutes. Worker handed for to me silently. No greeting, apology for the wait, anything. Fries are cold, stale, and nowhere near full in the container. This location has slipped badly.

I just recently downloaded the Wendy’s mobile app and saw that there were a lot of decent promotions within it. I’ve used it twice and it’s been a disaster picking up my food at the location twice. The first time I ordered it and came up to the window they had no record of my order. I had to drive through the second window and show my receipt. They discussed it and then gave me my order. The second time was a few days later there was a promotion for free 10 count nuggets for using the app and I ordered an additional fry and I paid it. It instructed me to go to the drive-through and tell him I had a mobile order with my name which I did, They had no record of it. I told them I have the receipt I’ll drive to the front. The gentleman looked for quite a while, asking me several times the name on my order I had to keep repeating myself. He finally found something, but had to call a manager because they did not know how to pull the order out. I drove to the second window and they gave me my order and none of the condiments I had asked for through the app. The app is pretty useless , it doesn’t seem like it works well with the employees at the restaurant.

The worst experience ever, the person in the drive-through didn’t understand my order , she say we don’t do lettuce instead of bun, and the cashier was rude when I asked him to use my app and didn’t want to use it .

Ordered on the app. Pull up and there is 7 cars in line, no problem, I’ll walk in and pick up my order. Nope!!!! Doors are locked so you HAVE to go through the drive up. Absolute crap and I’ll never be back to Wendy’s ever again. I was almost late to work because I had to wait in line for 20 minutes.. The gentlemen that gave me my order were lovely, it’s the corporate that sucks!

I was called a racial slur when visiting too late the called me the "n" word at 12:42 am December 7th they can check the recording THEY CALLED ME THE "N" WORD THATS HOW THEY HAVE WORKING THEIR...
My family just had the worst experience here. 11/24/24. I think there was 4 young people working. It was 6:45, prime dinner time. Every worker had an ear bud in his ear. They were all working as slow as Christmas with absolutely no sense of urgency. It wasn’t all that busy. After waiting at least 15 minutes for our food it came out cold and nasty. The person seemingly in charge had an earbud in and a cross earring. He never apologized for the wait. We had to inquire about our food and he said he was “working on it.” We paid $54 for our food, we have 4 kids to feed. It’s a Sunday evening, so this momma didn’t have Chick-fil-A as an option. I have to say- this experience is WHY Chick-fil-A blows all the other fast food restaurants out of the water. I’m just so frustrated and disappointed. We paid waaaay too much money for the service, or the lack there of, that we received and for such horrible food.

I ordered an apple pecan salad in addition to crispy chicken sandwiches, etc. The salad tasted old. The chicken in the salad was dried out and hard. The same goes for the chicken sandwiches. The chicken patties were dried out and hard, including the buns. Basically, the food was not fresh. I picked up at the drive-thruu window. The team members at the drive-thru windows were courteous.
