I appreciate Wendy's as a brand; however, this particular location consistently delivers a disappointing experience, which I believe reflects poorly on the brand as a whole. I frequently choose alternative Wendy's establishments to avoid this one. My repeated visits have been met with unprofessional and frankly rude staff. On one occasion, it took 15 minutes to receive a simple order of chicken nuggets, despite being the sole customer in line. This is a recurring issue, and I genuinely believe corporate intervention is necessary. -from a 19-year-old food industry worker

I got the nine dollar meal deal with two burgers fries and a drink and I asked for one single ranch and they tried to charge extra and said no dipping sauces. Come with any meals if I’m spending nine or $10 on some Wendy’s and they charge for one ranch I’ll pass on that Wendy’s is out of her mind

Worst experience ever! They completely messed up my order, and when I tried to talk to the manager, he told me to drive around again and then just walked off like my voice didn’t matter. I had to wait even longer just to fix something that shouldn’t have been wrong in the first place.

What really upsets me is that they don’t read your order back, don’t tell you the total, and then you end up paying for food you never get. I was missing an entire meal after being told everything was correct. Terrible customer service and zero accountability I won’t be coming back.

We placed a large order, got home and it was wrong. I tried calling 4xs to have them refund my money. It would ring 4xs then go to a non set up voicemail. My sister eventually drove back to the restaurant and spoke with the manager DAVID Who only would remake the incorrect sandwich and not the fries (even with the receipt). David must not realize how easy it is to lose a customer. Don’t be like David.
