They dont let you do two orders per car like their competitors. I have asked 3 times and am told to drive back around each time. One time I had to go around 3x bc they messed up my order. This location is a waste of time. I"ll just go across to Arbys or Taco Bell since they are faster and have waaay better service.

On 11/10/24 at 2:42, we were traveling through, stopped at Wendy’s for a quick sandwich,the young girl waiting on us, was very rude. Wouldn’t come to the window to take our order, we ordered from the kiosk, she looked the other way when she rudely handed us our bag. Was it because we are white? A black man, came in, she went right to him, took his order, happily gave it to him. We are not racist, but is she? Receipt says host was ATO Intf,and our grilled chicken sandwiches were cold.

Management has changed in the worst way. In the past year, I have avoided this wendy's, because they have never once gotten my order correct ever since new management has come in. Tonight I accidentally ordered from there from the app and not a single thing that I ordered. What's correct? They downsold me and change my order and basically robbed me. Never order from here. The workers are rude. The management steals from you and it is an awful experience.

The bathroom was absolutely trashed and the windows had not been cleaned in a long time. Service was mediocre but the food was good except the fries were old.

A very last option even during the apocalypse. I ordered a meal with the young guy and he stared at me and I repeated it three times and he still couldn’t process it. Amazing really. Thankful that he’s working though I will say that.
