Why are you having a individual taking orders at drive through when they don’t listen to orders? The base whataburger has no cheese yet when I say no, they add it, adding increased charges for a meal I no longer want. Do not visit this location. This is not my first visit yet this is a repeat action. Note-one other person in drive through.

Update not as good as last time to much salt in the burges not fresh.which is sad because I really like this restaurant hopefully when I return again it will be much better. Until then my review rate will drop from 5 Star to a 3

We arrived shortly after opening. Nothing was right about our order. Fries were lukewarm. Burger was cold however it did remind me of a whopper. I wouldn't choose this place again unless I'm starving & need something quick. Oh the onion rings were really good.
Hate to give 3 stars, but this location is not on it. Last 2 times I've been there they forgot my apple pie and next time their fries were just warm and old. Do better! I love it when the food is on par. Not sure if they're just not trained properly like maybe putting fries in bag before the burger is ready for instance or what. I just know it's not what I expect.

Waited for over 20 minutes after 11 for breakfast but upon finally getting to the speaker, they wouldn’t have breakfast ready for unspecified amount of time. Like hey, that’s great but let’s not advertise breakfast 11-11 if it’s not actually happening that way. Edit to add and take away stars because I got the wings, no silverware to eat the boneless wings and no napkins. Like damn yall.

The burgers are never hot when you get them short or long line; inside or drive thru.it was great only once out of the five times I’ve been. That’s because I returned them and asked for fresh ones. Tonight I asked for them hot off the grill the fries wasn’t hot neither was the dry Luke warm burger and the bread was tank. I don’t know if the hurricane kept them from getting fresh bread. It had a sour stomach. The worst ever tonight.

Service was terrible, ran by a bunch of kids who have no idea what they were doing we waited in line for 2 hours for 2 burgers and 2 onion rings, will never eat there again. Waste of time and money.
