This Whataburger is great! Food was delivered quickly and the order was perfectly accurate. Our Server, Megan was on her customer service A-game. Not sure why there are so many 3 star reviews but I would haven given 6 stars if that was an option.

My cheese Whataburger was not very warm, and had almost no mustard and was overloaded with onion. It felt quite rushed. The atmosphere was open and welcoming, and the staff were pleasant and their smiles felt genuine. I have had better burgers from Whataburger so I was quite surprised at how the food turned out. Hopefully this will improve.
Wish they served a Double Green Chili burger like Arizona does.

I just had the most amazing customer service experience at Whataburger, and I HAD to share it. I went in with my mom and little sister, and from the moment we walked in, we could immediately tell this was going to be different in the best possible way.
The restaurant was so clean and welcoming, and right at the front, we were greeted by Kyun, the sweetest and most professional cashier we’ve ever met. Kyun didn’t just take our order, he gave us the VIP treatment! He told us all about the cups, let us grab as many as we needed, and even gave us a pro-tip: buying them for just $0.50 is a better deal when you're substituting with the meal. (Love a good hack! 🙌)
He also let us know that Christmas-themed cups are coming soon which got us even more excited! 🎄 Talk about being thoughtful and engaging! He was so patient with us and made sure everything we ordered was spot-on.
And the service didn’t stop there, he asked if we needed sauce and napkins, AND even gave us a bag just for our cups. Literally every detail was handled with care.
Then get this we got our hot, fresh food in less than FIVE minutes! 🔥 Like, are you serious?! That’s unheard of these days. And to top it all off, every single employee we interacted with was friendly, respectful, and just created this peaceful, positive atmosphere that made our day.
Honestly, this was hands-down the BEST customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant, and probably anywhere. I’m still blown away.
We live near another Whataburger that’s the complete opposite: long waits, not so great service and this experience was just a night and day difference. I’m so grateful we decided to stop in, because it truly made our day. 🙏💛

The place was clean and you’re able to order yourself which was nice. Food was good, but they left out a few things in our sandwich. Not sure what was up with the kitchen and we had finished eating before our shake came out which we had to ask for. Employees could work on being more attentive.

Overall great experience. Fast food is usually nothing special. You’re in then out. However, Magen at the front counter was a delight. Very sweet. Followed up on us and other customers. Upsold items that we didn’t even think about. She was really lovely. Made fast food a great dining experience.
