Amazing!! 67/10 Best nachos ever from the best crew. Garreth’s middle name must be Willy be cause he was serving me up! Brandon needs to go on masterchef the way he cooked that chicken to perfection. Iris was quicker and better than ever at ringing me up. Give them all a raise!!

I went into Willys today and the guy on grill, I believe his name was Ryan, was extremely friendly and very helpful with picking an option today. Made my experience a whole lot better.

Best restaurant on earth

I’m pretty loyal to Willy’s but this location is a bust.
The girl at the register was friendly, but the men that were working this day are shockingly rude, and I remember them being kinda rude from last time too. No one here seems to like working here. Oldhead at the front door was frowny and wouldn’t look at me the whole time I ordered.
Always kinda a bummer to stop in here

My pick up order was missing half of the ingredients I ordered and my bag of chips that came with my cheese dip was only 1/4 full. There was also someone behind the counter only wearing one glove and handling ingredients.

Okay so normally I have ZERO complaints. This is one of my favorites but today, not so much. My food was delivered ice cold and not only that my take steak was NOT fresh and my 'Create a Bowl' was more like someone else's creation instead of what I ordered. This order was delivered in a timely fashion and normally I order via Uber Eats for this store but today I chose to order direct from their site, maybe that was the mistake that cost me but none the less, I will eat this mess bc I have no alternative at the moment; at work on my LB :( Oh and my bowl barely had anything in it.

I went to this location for dinner because I hadn’t ate all day. The food tasted fine but now I have the worst stomach bug/food poisoning in my life. Please get it together Willy’s
