This place is amazing. I had never had Willy’s until a couple weeks ago, now I’m hooked. Karl was quick and made sure my bowl was exactly how I wanted it. Justin the manager was an MVP as well. I came in at 9:55 pm and made sure I was still given amazing service. This replaces chipotle.

Very dirty restaurant. Counters were a mess on the fronts, trash cans looked like someone threw up on them. Disgusting!

All I have to say is that other place that sells similar items will neverrrrr see my face again! My husband and stopped by Sunday afternoon! I had a taste for a burrito. Man oh man am I thankful! This was our first time trying Willy's! The line was long, but the young man that was taking orders as we walked up, handled BUISNESS! Although there was a line of people, he was so kind and patient with everyone! For to often, customer service nowadays is awful! But not here and not when he's on duty! I ordered a steak burrito and my husband ordered chicken! We were both blown away at how good it was! There is also a salsa bar and a place to to see! The ambiance is your normal fast food Tex max grille! We will definitely be back.

Tried to place an order online at 9:35pm and received a message that they were closed. I then tried calling the store 3 times and no one picked up. If they are suppose to remain open until 10pm, they were not.

The food was good taste wise. However, put together, it was a big mess. The toppings were slung all over the tray, and literally none of the sour cream made it on the taco. Aside from requiring us all to use utensils to eat a hard shell taco and burritos, it was great.

Order was placed 20 minutes before I got there. Got there there’s not a soul in the building being served. And they look at me like I’m crazy when I tell them I have an order to pick up. And they said it’s getting worked on, but they are just back there, twiddling their thumbs, not doing a thing. And they have the nerve to place a tip jar by the register
