Rudest place ever! I've called twice during business hours to order wings and get hung up on during mid sentence. They just say hello when answering the phone having me think I'm calling a friend or familiar person in my phone. I attempt to ask when the hours are but the guy just says we're closed and hangs up. I'm glad I haven't had a chance to place my order because I'm sure the wings are just as bad as the customer service! I will never go here.

Ate here twice(have it another try) they have horrible wings sauce is good tho. Had to pick through the chicken to find any clean white meat.

The little girl who works the front desk on Sunday is rude and unprofessional. She was sitting down talking on the phone the whole time and didn't care that the food order was late

Price online didn't match what they charged, way more. And wasn't worth it for 5 wings and rice, paid $10. The lunch combo was supposed to be $7.99. Not giving it a second try bcz the rice had some kind of stringy fibers coming from the eggs. I'll stick to Uptown wings that's across town for me.

I waited 45 minutes for an order of wings which is outrageous. The food was also cold and tasted old. Would not recommend this place

The quality of food does not match their prices.

Love the wings. Best wings around. But they always have cnn on the TV really loud. And the air has been out several times.

This place is not good, the attitude of the lady at the register is not friendly at all. That's the reason why isn't nobody at this place. They call a combo somo of the orders, but the combo it doesn't include a drink. Just a bad service, plus it take so long to get your order ready. I spend about 15 minutes without nobody in front of me. Never get into this place.

Ordered over $50 dollars worth of food, received less than half. When we called to let them know I was told I am the only employee here what do you expect me to do! Ended up going to pick it up myself, food might be average for what you expect from a place like this but the customer service is sub-par. Last time we will ever spend our money here.

The food is great here. Way to hot inside to eat there though. Staff could be a bit more professional and or friendlier. We visited 3 additional times since the 1st time and we always feel we are bothering the girl in the front. But the food is so good.

I tend to order in and pickup especially during quarantine. Wings taste great but the service is abysmal and the hygiene of the store is non-existent. When I walked in today the guy at the counter was clipping his nails. They also never ever give me the extra ranch I pay for every single time. Not going back

Visited once ate some wings, Customer service subpar, wallet fell under the table, had a feeling the wallet fell over there visiting from FL and live nowhere near to come check again, called the next day asked if staff might've found a wallet while cleaning lady said no, two weeks later a wonderful person messaged me on Facebook to tell me they found my wallet under the table and left the wallet with the cashier, if you think it's ok for a restaurant to not clean for two weeks then this is the place. Cleanliness is definitely not a priority for them would hate to see what the kitchen looks like.

Lady that works at the counter has very poor customer service. Poor acknowledgment, doesn’t thank you for coming in, and acts as if you are interrupting her day. I had the lemon pepper wings. They were ok. Fries tasted like they had been sitting a for some time. I couldn’t eat them.

My go to wing spot in the Kennesaw area. Especially for those Friday’s night. Perfect meal for a Netflix & Chill nightS I love that they have different flavors and you have the option to get a wing combo, that comes with fries or just the wings alone. I usually get the Lemon Pepper Hot and the sweet thai chili . They offer other items as well but I only come in for the wings because they are always made crispy . The only negative thing I could say is that the staff is rude, so don’t expect great customer service. Overall I’ll give them 3.5 stars because of the lack of customer service but the wings make up. #dishwithchris

Until recently, this place was out family’s set place to get wings. (Family of 6). However, we went there and Learned that they have raised the prices on their wings. We thought they were reasonably priced before and affordable for our family. The new price seems quite significant enough to make me question my loyalty to their business. Are the wings good? Absolutely?! Are they good enough to justify spending the new price? Not in my opinion.I enjoyed our time with faithfully going to this place for their wings. Unfortunately, due to their price increase, I believe that our time here has come to an end. The time has come to find another wing place.
