so I ordered last night, 33 dollars, it said it would be there by 1 hour, an hour and 20 minutes we start calling, there phone said they are on the line with another caller and call back, did this for a half hour and today still can not get through giving the same message after 1 hour and 40 mins we ordered chic filet this morning I find the food in my yard on the picnic table chair
been trying to get them all day just like last night, phone says they are on the other liner and call back, never goes through
who is the manager and is there a corporate number to call

We ordered our food at 12:33 on a Saturday afternoon with almost no one else in the place. We were given our food at 12:56. Had I known I would have to wait so long, I would have just gone elsewhere. Not sure if the place is understaffed, or just run poorly. The tables were filthy, there was no ice, and for some strange reason there are no trash cans in the place. Each person had to have the staff throw their trash away as they walked out. The food was just okay. We definitely won't return.

This place does not know the difference between hot honey and bbq. I have made the attempt four, yes FOUR, times to order hot honey. When I open the box at home I am met with a blaring smell of bbq (WHICH I HATE). Workers need to learn how to tell the difference between brown and yellow.

I love wing stops food but the staff at this location was awful. When ordered he told me one second and turned around and walked away to text on his phone. They also didn’t have ice, and didn’t tell me until I asked and then just turned around and walked away from me.
Very Disrespectful staff at the Chastain location- the two young girls should NOT be working there. Especially in front of of the store.

Poor quality and effort into putting this order together! Corn was overly seasoned to the point it wasn’t edible. Wrong flavor wings received and lack of preparation. Would not recommend this location, especially in the evening!

The food was good but we had to wait an hour and thirty minutes to get our food. There were a lot of people waiting for their food when we arrived to pickup our online order. Therefore, I knew it would be a wait, but not that long. We were asked the name of our order several times. When the manager asked us what we were waiting on, it looked like they had to search for our order.
