This is the worse wing stop ever. So unorganized forgetting items , forgetting to take payment I mean what’s not wrong? I would like to speak to the hiring managers because clearly you are hiring anybody. Nobody is paying attention.! I understand people make mistakes but this is my 3rd order where y’all have forgot the wings.. like why would I just order fries and carrots ? How y’all forget the main course. What a shame!

It’s been a minute since I ordered from Wingstop — tonight’s visit reminded me why I started going to Hudson Grill. The place smelled like burnt grease. My bag was soaked from oil draining off the chicken. Although I changed the bag and put a napkin on my car seats to protect them, by the time I made it home — a 15-minute drive — the second bag was soaked. So, unsurprisingly, the chicken tasted like burnt grease. I wasted my $50.

I’ve been to this location many times, and the service is consistently slow. I usually order pickup, but the quoted time is never accurate — my food is rarely ready when I arrive. I’ve even started showing up 30 minutes after the quoted time, and I still end up waiting.
They also don’t seem to follow order instructions. I always ask for light seasoning, but my food comes out heavily seasoned every time. The front-of-house operations feel disorganized; customers often stand around waiting because there’s rarely anyone at the counter, as staff are usually busy catching up on backed-up orders.
I honestly dread ordering from this location because of the lack of efficiency, but it’s the only Wingstop in Kennesaw. The food itself is good, though — when it’s finally ready.
