Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Extremely slow. The past few times I’ve come here half a dozen of people had been waiting 15+ minutes for their food. Mine was no exception. During this past visit, while waiting over 20 minutes for one meal, two employees clocked out and left. Most people come to a place like Zaxbys because the don’t have time to wait such a ridiculous amount of time. Where’s the manager during times like this?

I never make a review on a fast food restaurant but every time I go here the food is fresh and the staff is so very pleasant. It’s like chick fila status great. I know that’s crazy to say but the customer service is top tier

I ordered a large platter online a few days ago to pick up for a team. It was easy to order and pay online. I called 2 hours before pick up to see if we could move up the pick up time by 15 minutes and they said it was no problem and were so nice about it. Once I arrived they gave me my order and everything was correct. Three different employees greeted me and were so sweet while getting my order. Perfect experience and I will use them every time I need a large order!

A few days ago I was forced to leave a one star review for the Zaxby in Fort Oglethorpe. I'm very happy to leave this branch a 5 star review - the dining area was very clean, the food was delicious (chicken finger tacos), and my number was called in 3 minutes flat! (as opposed to 32 minutes in Fort Og).

Visited this location a couple days ago and I was impressed with the service and accuracy. The fries were seasoned which isn’t always the case at every location, my extra sauce was in the bag, every little detail was on point. So, I decided to go back the next day because of the great experience. I drove out do my way to go to this location specifically. These days it’s hard to find good service and I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Usually good, but my past two visits the extra sauces I ordered and paid for through the drive through were left out of my order.

Additionally getting a fork to eat their chicken fingers from the drive through is hit or miss.

I went through the drive thru and the youngman was not attentive and got my order wrong. I wasn’t aware of the error until I was home. The food i could eat was hot, fresh, and delicious.

I came here a few days ago and ordered a cob zalad with no onion crisps. I got home and opened it up and there were onion crisps on it. So I took it back in the manager who was there at the time which was a guy kind of kept giving me these weird eyes and told me that he could refund it but he couldn't take it back and then he just kind of stared at me. Very weird. So I got my money back for that order. But then I was hungry again tonight and didn't want to order on doordash and wait for food so I wouldn't hear again. Same order, same problem. This time I give it back to the lady for them to remake and then she handed me the new salad and I got home and opened it up and it still had onion crisps on it. They tried to tell me that it was because they gave me the wrong salad but the girl stood right there while they remade it. Makes no sense. I don't think the people in the kitchen can read or understand what no onion crisps means. Back to the restaurant for another refund.

Also, the first time when the guy refunded it he said he wasn't allowed to take the food back and this time they took the food back. Either way it doesn't matter to me because I'm not going to eat it but there is no consistency except for the consistency of not listening to the customer and giving them the order they ask for.

Everytime I come here it is always the best experience. Today I came here and was treated very well. The man who took my order was a very handsome young man who I think was named Brian. He was very kind and is a EXCELLENT MAN! Such a gentleman. Sucks he was young If he were older i would have asked for his number🥰.

This is the only Zaxby's near me or I would totally frequent another ...
Now I've not had an issue with the food thank goodness but....
This is the absolute SLOWEST fast food establishment within the city.
I wish I could say it was due to lack of employees. However, there's always an entire staff of people milling around and yet it takes forever to get your food. Three people ahead of me in line tonight and I waited over 20 minutes.
If I didn't have a Zaxby's addiction, I absolutely would not come here
I also do give credit that when I actually do interact with the staff it's generally pleasant

Would never go back. Waited 40 min for chicken meal and a salad.

This location unfortunately has a reputation for being very slow. Went inside, ordered and waited…waited…and well..waited. If the staff were very busy working, I could be more understanding but a lot of time, half of the staff or more were standing and chatting. Adds to the frustration of the long wait times. Not a good look.
