Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I have been in Kennesaw for nearly 4 years and it took me two years to actually go to this Zaxby’s. I will say that it probably one of the best zaxby’s branch. My order is always accurate and the wait time is really quick. Also the tenders be poppin and the fries are crispy!

Second time getting sick right after eating here.

This location is be the worse by far. I place my order ahead of time and once I got there and click that I am here. I process to wait for another ten minutes but nothing. I had to go inside to get my food and once I got home. None of the sauces that I order were in the bag nor did I get straw for my drinks. Workers here needs better training.

Counted this nugget as a chicken tender. Dirty tables everywhere.

I placed my order 10 minutes in advance to arriving so the food would be ready and hot since I'm picking up for my whole job site. I arrive and press the I'm here button that I'm here and wait for over 10 minutes and no one comes. I go inside to see my order on the counter and when I tell them I don't want cold food and watered down drinks they literally put the trays back through the window of the kitchen instead of throwing it away. I then ask what's the point in ordering early and clicking the button I'm here if nothing happens. The response was " we can't hear the beep when it lets us know someone is here, sorry." I'm not over 40 minutes away from my workers and job site due to complete ignorance and lack of professionalism. Find another Zaxby's if you plan to use the app because they " can't hear you" when you pull up.

Service was fast but food was cold and tough. Toss out the lunch food if it's 6pm. I couldn't chew most of the chicken.

Curbside order never brought out. After 10 min went in to check. Staff was having a good time while my order was just sitting there!!! Worst location, will not be going back, not the first time an order took forever and they were not busy!

Normally I don’t have a problem at this zaxbys, I am normally greeted by a sweet girl. Today while going to pick up my order I was rudely handed all my food without a single word. Our food had obviously been sitting there for a while as it wasn’t hot and our drinks had no ice AND were both wrong. When I told the lady “these drinks are wrong and we need ice” she might as well of rolled her eyes, and once again without a word, handed me the drink and shut the window. I work in fast food too and I know how hard it can be but this was just super uncalled for.

Had to throw away my whole meal. The worker quite literally took a bite out of one of the sandwiches, flipped around the chicken to hide the bitten side, and served it to me.

I have always been a fan of Zaxbys because no matter which location it was always great till tonight!! Order # 81799308 at 6:56 pm. First the amount of boneless wings I received was not acceptable and they were not hot and were very chewy and a half order of fries with my order! I know it’s near a college but that doesn’t excuse the meal and the amount. I should have gone to Raising Canes and tried there’s or Whataburger.

Have been to this Zaxby numerous times and you have to go inside to get your order right. I'm sorry your order is not right is all you hear when you call and complain. Guess they don't know how to hire decent help. On a scale of 0 to 5 they get a negative 5. Very disappointed.
