A kind and attentive manager or supervisor on that moment is the only thing I would appreciate about this funny place..

Any other day when I asked for my blue salad to be tossed in nuclear instead buffalo it’s no problem but today at 6:30 now all of a sudden they can’t do it lazy ahh mtfs probably just don’t wanna wash the dishes

Are you guys allergic to putting sauce on nibblers? Every time I come I either get nibblers or a kicked chicken and there’s barely any sauce… As well as I paid for a freaking extra sauce and there’s something weird floating around in it????

Great service, all the employees were super friendly and helpful. Recommend Signature Sandwich and Zaxby's sauce. Fried pickles are good but quite salty. Salads are good as well. There is plenty of space to sit solo diners to large groups. There were two large groups counting my own group celebrating a birthday on the day I went. Members of my group eat there on a regular basis and they report consistently good food and service.

I love Zaxby's but they always leave out my cookies. I know it's my fault for not checking until I get home, but I trusted y'all 😞

Felt that I was bothering the staff. To go order didn’t have fork and napkins. Food good, service bad. No eye contact or thank you. Not the only restaurant finding it hard to find employees that care. Typical.

Just use caution if you have any fish allergies/sensitivities. My signature chicken sandwich tasted like fish, so I think everything is being cooked on the same surface/in the same oil. I dont personally mind, but I also don't have any allergies. So just be mindful and maybe avoid ordering until the surf and turf isn't around anymore.

There was a girl sitting outside in a chair taking orders and was on her phone the whole time and was very rude.

Noticed this after I had been drinking it for an hour :) i feel sick.

I used to love Zaxby’s but feel the quality has declined drastically. I went to get a salad before work as I loved their salads but this was by far the worst. I was pulled to the curb and waited 11 minutes for my order ( just a Cobb salad). When the worker came out, there was no sense of urgency at all, walked lazily to my car swinging the bag. Everything was warm as if it had been sitting out and not refrigerated, the grilled chicken was bland, no flavor at all and the tomatoes were mushy. It was just thrown in the container. If I do ever decide to visit a Zaxbys again it will not be this location.
