Bought a zensation salad here twice and same result gave this location a second chance buy I’m done .
My salad was piled with topping they used only one fried strip to go on top I will not spend money for a 12.00 salad to just eat lettuce .

Bought a salad from this location twice the first time around I let it ago but paying for a salad that they use only one strip and try to chop the strip to make it seem like it had a lot of chicken is crazy I won’t be coming back to this location at all I should not pay 13.00 for a salad that’s all lettuce and and toppings.

Bought a Cobb Salad on 2-26-25 after going to Crunch Fitness. The bread was like it was dipped in salt. The people are bunch around but the young black man did an excellent serving me at the counter. I came into the store because I thought maybe this time I would get better food but it was rushed. I barely got to the Fountain machine and order was ready. Maybe the worker behind the counter and fixing the food need to spend quality time fixing food and serving the public.

Btw...I do not like the new look outside. White gets dirty fast and will look horrible in a few months.

I had a bad previous experience with quality of food at this Zaxby's and gave them a try again...was just fair...I will take the drive and go to the one on Church Street. Better serves and quality of food always great.

Who thought it was a good idea to paint the building? I am sorry Zaxby’s, I understand you are going for a fresh look, but this is not it. Just about every other restaurant chain has done an excellent job at rebuilding and modernizing to clean up their look, but you all seem lost. Simply throwing on a new layer of paint looks cheap and doesn’t cut it.

This is hideous and it makes me want to throw up. I am afraid this was an early test and all the other locations will eventually do this too.

Congratulations Zaxby’s. You have officially ruined your brand. Do better!

My visit reminded me why I never eat fast food. The chicken in the sandwich was burned to a crisp & smelled like burnt oil. What was supposed to be a buttered bun reeked of burnt oil. The french fries were not fully cooked or seasoned. The soda machine was not mixing correctly. It was mostly carbonation. The guy who took my order was very nice and agreed to make me another sandwich. Although it wasn't burned it smelled the same as the first one. They probably haven't changed the cooking oil in awhile. I don't know what bothers me more, the fact that they serve you trash food & except you to be ok with it & eat it or the ridiculous price they charge for the trash food. I ate in the dining room so it was easy for me to have my food remade, although it really didn't make much of a difference. I can only imagine what the drive thru & mobile app patrons thought of their food. Totally unacceptable and disgusting. A total waste of money & time. I hope I don't get sick & never again will I eat there.

The food order was worth the money. The real highlight was that the service was A+ compared to the time I went last year. They had all my condiments, napkins/ forks in a bag altogether so nothing was loose in my bag. They also let me know which flavor was which. Never have I gone to a Zaxby's and they tell me bbq on top , spicy in bottom. New experience and honesty made it 2x easier bc I didn't have to open up all the food to distinguish.

Never go to Zaxbys expecting great customer service but today, Angel was amazing. Answered every question I had, even the complicated ones, was extremely sweet and kind. Hope they realize how amazing of an employee they have

Cheap with the food as if it comes out of their paycheck. Same amount of fries given no matter if it’s a small or large! Outrageous!

I ordered 10 chicken wings and couldn't believe the price - $20! I remember when they were $10. Seems an outrageous price for fast food. The workers were very friendly, so nothing against the serving staff.
