To have my order repeated 3 times and still get the basics wrong. I said one without ketchup and pickles. The other one with cheese and just the way it’s made both have cheese and both lack pickles and ketchup

Order take out, they mess up the meal and forget to put everything in the bag, drive all the way back which 12 miles from my house and 12 miles there . Manager gives just the burger that was missing , ask for new fries since now the whole fries are cold and the manager was rude to the point saying “you got your burger, not going to talk with you about it , call tomorrow with your complaint because I don’t have time to deal with this. “ would never had to deal with the issue if my order was correct the first time. Think I wanted to drive back to get what I paid for , hope he had a night he deserved .. just sorry ..

Not usually a fast food fan, reasons should be obvious, that being said I was pleasantly surprised by the staff , atmosphere and yes even the food. Go try it out for yourself, you will not drive away unhappy.

Always something wrong with my order. Most recently I requested an extra patty on my Texas Whopper, and didn't get it. Also was missing a fry. I even started placing my order using the kiosk inside thinking that would help, but no. Always ALWAYS check your food before you leave.

Food is always fresh, service could be better, they have self service stations. They could improve on some customer service as they are always understaffed and sometimes you can tell when they are overwhelmed. I highly recommend this location over McDonalds ANY DAY for their food, and their professionalism.
Came here right for breakfast right after opening on the same day as this review, 5/25/25 - I didn't catch the guys name but he was working drive through, great service and a very pleasant demeanor. Food was fresh and fast
