So I came here to leave a review for Kingsland BK... not realizing that I had already done so. Any who I stepped it up a notch been in KINGSLAND 3yrs and visited BK about 3xs. Wtbs I got no complaints they get me right er'time on my dbl whopper w cheese heavy mayo heavy onions 😋😋😋 Thanks!!!

Fry's was cold not cooked All the way and got my hamburger wrong and had to get back to work didn't have the time to get it fixed

The lady cashier said not a word, no thank you, no smile, nothing. She wadded up the napkins to stuff in the bag. The fries were hot and perfectly salted. The Whopper was air temperature, yet still had that good old whopper grilled flavor. McDonald's is consistent and the people act polite and happy. I travel often and 95% of the time go to McDonald's instead of other Burger places.

If you look at the BK menu, you'll actually notice at the bottom of it somewhat seperate from the main menu, there is a spot, and if you look really closely, you'll notice that that is the exact spot where this location got me messed up.

I'm not sure if this location needs additional training from leadership on fundamental grammar and English comprehension, or if the breakdown and failure of leadership lies within the training and teaching of job-essential functions, such as the nuanced
difference between constructing a double vs a single whopper. Unfortunately for the team, this location's management has somehow failed to lead their team to even a modicum of success.

I placed an order for a double whopper with cheese and bacon half and half fries and onion rings, and nuggets dipping sauce. Somehow I ended up with a single whopper, fries, and no sauce for my nugs. Practically a hate crime if you ask me. Perhaps additional training and quality control measures should be put in place so that this location can succeed in delivering basic customer orders accurately. In its current state, the team would be much more successful offering pallbearer services, because they would absolutely excel at letting down each and every one of their customers in the Camden county area down for the final time.

I digress. I never received the product I paid for. I ordered through doordash, who recorded my order accurately, and the bags are sealed by the restaraunt before the dashers arrive. When I am paying a premium on fast food, I expect it to be accurate. Unfortunately, this team disagrees with that sentiment and I hope they can work to do better.

Gave me the completely wrong order and tried to yell at me and the manager because of their mistake. Customer service is horrible. They were incredibly rude the whole time. There was 1 nice employee and she is the only reason they get 2 stars.

Rude, Can't get a order made correctly, slow, no management, employees threat manager horrible and shes to scared to speak up! Get rid of this Burger King if no one can run it and Make A Plain Hamburger faster than 5 minutes, Would love to fire everyone and I'd turn this into a real fast good food good service

Hello Management, please hire more people. The service is excruciatingly slow (30+ minutes with 3 people in line) and saving money by making a skeleton crew work will run you out of business.

The chicken sandwich had old lettuce on it and was hard. The fries were cold. The whopper with pickle fries was cold and bun was old.

The staff here were friendly. They actually seemed like they didnt hate their job completely and thry worked hard. We tried the new people's choice burgers and found the corn one super unique and good. Parking is easy. Bathrooms were clean. Food was good. When going to fast-food you want it to be fast and they made everything fast but it didn't seem like it was waiting under a heat lamp. They seemed like they actually waited to make it.
