“Miss Patrice was absolutely AMAZING!
She walked our order out to the car and was so patient with my wife. My wife has tremors and Mrs. Patrice with great respect and patience helped my wife manage the step, carrying our order and assisting my wife in the truck.
People like Mrs. Patrice are few and far in between. Cherish her as an employee and please empower her up the chain of command.
Customer service such as hers is needed.

“So, we've been to the Dickey's in Lagrange, ga a few times now and it's always amazing. I didn't realize when we was there that it's actually a chain so started looking to see if there was any nearby. Apparently we have one here in Jacksonville but the reviews are pretty terrible. But we was heading back from Brunswick and decided to stop at the one in Kingsland since it does have a pretty high ranking.
The lady at the register originally wasn't very helpful when it came to ordering so we ended up having to order through the app...
Despite closing at 9 apparently they was waiting for us to leave at 8 to lock up...
And the food... My daughter is 5 her chicken was burnt (picture for reference)... To the point I was pulling it apart to make sure it was actually chicken.
We are used to the ribs falling off the bone and these were too tough for 2 out of 3 of us to eat.
The chicken breast was however very tender and juicy....
It was a little disappointing but Lagrange set a high standard. We will likely go back just to make sure it wasn't just an off day considering the reviews are pretty good at this one.“

“I ordered online this afternoon and my husband picked it up on his way home 30 miles away.. everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. The red beans and rice was still hot. Not dry very creamy and very good. Chicken was excellent! I've had a hard time at other Popeyes and I can always count on this store every time. Thank you everyone for making sure the customers are happy. We know we appreciate it! ❤️
Parking: Parking lot is shared with a truck stop so there's plenty of parking

“We tried Bird Box for the first time with 50 wings and fries. The gentleman joked… you are going big for trying us the first time. I had confidence though. Lemon pepper and buffalo (hot and mild) were fantastic!!! Definitely will be back!“
