This is the worst restaurant in all of camden county and that’s a really low bar!! Run away dont walk!!!
FYI never a word in response from the manager… Good afternoon Ricky, I was given your name and number as manager for Bogeys Bar and Grill and wanted to reach out regarding my experience at your establishment. I am a new resident in the Laurel Island community and the kingsland area for just under two years and have patroned your establishment several times with less than stellar results, in fact after my most recent visit this past Friday I’m not sure I will be able to ever go back. The food is just ok at best, the only menu item that comes out of the kitchen consistently and correctly are the pub chips. The other night my group decided to give it another try after a several month break due to hour plus waits for food and we were all shocked at the new prices. Charging 25-35 dollars for a plate of food that is not what as described and takes over 45 minutes to come to the table is not encouraging. I ordered the Mediterranean dish but sadly it came to the table with white rice some shrimp and scallops, what was missing were the peppers, tomatoes, and onions as the menu described. When I asked my server for the menu to see if I was mistaken in what to expect she agreed it did not appear as written. I asked that she ask the kitchen if I could have the dish as described and the kitchen sent her back with the message for me to select something else. I elected to go home and make a tunafish sandwich. While this occurred the other members of my party also received food after a longer than expected wait and received soggy fries, overcooked burger, and dry chicken curry. There were also no vegetables on that plate. As I first mentioned I have come to your establishment several times and have frequently waited 45 minutes to well over an hour for food that is mediocre at best. We have neighbors who reported a wait of 2 hours for food on trivia night. I can go to longhorn, Sonny’s, ship to shore all in town and get a good meal at a reasonable price. I can go to st Marys and get a fabulous meal at Local dockside for a very acceptable wait time and very reasonable price. And I can go up to Brunswick or down to Fernadina and also get a delicious meal at a reasonable price. It saddens me to say that is not the case at Bogeys. Here’s hoping you fix these issues so I can dine close to home on occasion. Sincerely, Alison
I have no complaints about the restaurant except the prices. my complaint is the golf course. I played there last week and for $75.00 per round the greens were in horrible condition, tee boxes and fairways not in the best of shape. I understand it's still considered winter so the price per round should reflect the condition of the course which it does not.
Took forever to get our food and there was not that much meat on the sandwich and for the price it is most definitely nowhere near worth the money they charged fries were over cooked and took almost an hour to get our

This is a nice golf course that I have played several times. It’s always in good condition, has full service restaurant and bar, and a driving range. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the greens fees are very reasonable. If you reserve your tee time online and pay in advance, you’ll save some money. Nothing fancy. Relaxed.
We love this golf course and we try to play here 2-4 times each month. The green could use some work, but the rest of the course is in pretty good shape. The price is very reasonable and you get 25% discount if you make your reservation online.
Have wanted to play Laurel Island Links for a long-time. Each trip, when I was near Kingsland, GA something would come up to prevent me from playing. First, the staff at LIL are very, very nice and exude the best of Southern Manners. Second, the layout is a really good test of golf skills. Lastly, the Greens Fee are very reasonable. Looking forward to another visit!
My husband and I have played many high end courses over the continent and considering this cost which is only about 25% of what I frequently pay elsewhere, this is an amazing place to golf. The people were friendly, the course was in very good condition and we played in 4 hrs and 10 minutes on a recently booked 1030 am Saturday teetime. Try it!!
Challenging golf course and fun clubhouse open to the public! Varied menu and features lunch and dinner specials daily!
We enjoyed our day playing golf at this course. We booked on line and the price was very reasonable. We saw a beautiful Rosetta Spoonbill on the second hole. The pro shop is well stocked and the staff was friendly. We had lunch there and our wrap and fries were delicious.
