Food came out cold. It was precooked but everyone was done eating by the time it came out so had to take to go. Food took a very long time to come out. Had request a manager to resolve it. Never got any napkins.

Waited over 40 minutes for a to go order and finally threw my hands in the air and left. The guy probably either forgot to put my order in or they're very understaffed in the kitchen.

Always enjoy eating at a Cracker Barrel but stopped at the location at exit 3 off I-95 yesterday and after putting our order in for meat loaf was told that they were out. From what we learned, this has become a reoccurring issue under the new management. We were very disappointed.

This place is not southern home cooking at its best..Forget Chicken and dumplings..They apparently use Canned chicken and not much of it..They need to look at their prepared plates for attractiveness.Country Fried Steak,Ugh.Fried and reheated..Rolls were good..They need some help..

Terrible breakfast, bacon was awful, ham hard not able to eat it, sausage very grease the size of a dollar bill and $2 each, French toast were thin and soggy, the only thing good was coffee. Never again, shame, shame...

The waiter had 6/7 tables on his own, staff shortage ? That is understandable however that was not the reason!!! Management is the issue they are standing there watching their staff struggle and do nothing to help until someone complains. Then they say sorry and blaim the waiter!! Do not waste your time at this location!!

We were at the Kingsland, GA store on Sunday, March 9th and had the worst experience ever. We were trying to get to our Airbnb in Savannah before dark. 40 minutes after placing our order I asked another waitress if she could find our waitress. When she came out she informed us that our ticket had been lost. We told her that if we stayed to wait that it would have to come out right away and she informed us that it would, but it did not. When it FINALLY came out, I noticed that there was no silverware and that I had received fries instead of the broccoli that I had ordered. That was corrected after I was able to find her. She seemed irritated and informed us that the kitchen was backed up due to lack of help, but earlier had told us that it was because the order was lost. I had run out of iced tea because of the LONG wait, and she never came back around to ask her for it. Nonetheless, we arrived late to our destination. We have been to many different Cracker Barrels in the past and never experienced anything like this before. She gave us our bill and never once said she was sorry nor offered any type of discount. This was the first time EVER that I didn't leave a tip!!!😡

Food was cold, didn't receive my corn biscuits. The food was small portioned. When the cashier asked me how was my meal, I told her I didn't have a good experience. The manager was right behind her and offered no input whatsoever! Sad!!!!

A great dinner, other than waiting 35 minutes after we ordered for it to arrive at the table. Later customers who were seated after us were warned but we were not and at that point it was too late to leave.
Dinner was delicious - catfish for Mrs. K. with fried apples and carrots, "Smoky Southern Chicken Breasts" for me with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was a good portion of each and our waiter was friendly and refilled drinks often.
After dinner, a quick stop at a mostly clean restroom before we locked up the RV and spent the night. Yes, this Cracker Barrel tolerates the RV lifestyle by allowing their parking lot to be used overnight. It's with the understood request that you please purchase a meal which we were able to do today.
Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options. Be warned of bacon in some veggies.
Parking: Overnight RV parking is tolerated.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, they have a kids menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access.

It was a disappointment as the fried 4 piece chicken was not available. Reason given temperature on oil unattainable. However the 2 piece homestyle chicken breast was . Hmmmm I could have sworn frying larger pieces of chicken required a higher temperature. Disappointment even with over heated mac-n-cheese and hard edges potatoes casserole. Noted this was early lunch time.

I asked for fried chicken but the server said the fryers were not working. She said the chicken fried chicken was available so i ordered that. It was very dry had to douse it with gravy. Why was i able to get this fried chicken with the fryers not working but not able to get the regular fried chicken? Makes no sense to me.

I have visited this location a number of times. This visit was one of the best. We were seated after a slight delay, but once seated our server was on his game. Victor was quick, made menu suggestions , made sure everything was as ordered. Really appreciated the attentiveness since there were new menu items. A great experience that day!
