Very nice, great food AS ALWAYS, huge selection of Nick nacks, candies, pies, ETC. LOVE THIS PLACE, the waitresses are all very busy and attentive to the patrons, they should definitely make more money in my opinion. The gift shop always has rare things to buy or one of a kind's, plenty of candy, clothes etc,Parking: They are always busy, but I have always been able to get a parking spotWheelchair accessibility: Yes it it wheelchair accessible.

I got the roast beef I got a quarters worth the other part was missing, and it had to be at the bottom of the pot because some of it was dryand fatty like the rim part ,the orka was cooked twice and dark and greasy ?. My mate's food was ok he said not too happy ,we are both surprised. Because we love this location and everytime we come this away from n.c, 3 times in 2 months over12 times so far we stop here because of the great food,another customer said, what I was thinking no one is here , standing room only what happened wow? We left a tip. Anyway, we hate this .

I love Cracker Barrel, it’s my favorite restaurant. The food was great and the service was right on but when you have a bus load of people show up it can make the staff a little nervous when short staffed.

We love Cracker Barrel, so while traveling we always stop in. We went with our friends we were visiting. Our server seriously needs to find another job, because she does not belong in the customer service industry. She never smiled, not once. She made us feel like we were bothering her, & was very rude to our older friend who asked about her meal. She had accidentally ordered the wrong chicken dinner, & the server told her she should have ordered the correct one if that's what she wanted. Our friend mentioned it to the cashier when we were paying, & she called the manager up. He was extremely gracious, empathetic, & apologized for everything. We weren't expecting anything for free, we just wanted to let them know about her poor attitude. However, he gave our friend a complimentary meal for next time. He did a great job of turning a bad experience into a better one, & we appreciated that.
