Went to Ritters Sunday 29 September 2024 at around 6:30 PM .
Unfortunately It was not a pleasant experience.
I ordered a double cheeseburger, one slice of cheese, Lettuce, tomato, pickles, and ketchup and mustard . No ritters sauce .
Well, the first time the manager came out and told me that they had put two slices of cheese on the burger and needed to redo it. OK fine.

These good reviews have to be fake. This is the nastiest fast food I have ever had and I’m not exaggerating. Waited 45 minutes for my food served by rude staff. Save your money and go to Freddy’s down the street!!
Had the worst experience ever at this place! The cashier and cook were very rude. Ordered food it was made wrong and they wanted me to pay to have it fixed! So if I have an allergy it doesn’t matter. Very disappointed with them and I will never stop here again!!!
