I used the BK app to order a 12 pc chicken fry with a double cheeseburger and small fry. When I arrived to pick up my order, they informed me they were out of Chicken Fries completely. They gave me an extra of the fries and burger to make up for it. I am still a very satisfied customer.
I used the drive thru like I always have for this burger king. At roughly 1245, there was four cars ahead, three had placed their orders and were wait and one who got mad because it took so long to get back to them, and car in front of me decided to stop waiting and drive at a fast rate of speed to the first windows to speak with a manager about her experience. The quality of the food is very inconsistent, at times I enjoy a burger very much while at other times I suffer a bland slab of beef - either way though, for some reason I always have to use the bathroom right after ?
