Had an awesome visit to this IHOP. The customer service was remarkable and the atmosphere in the restaurant as a whole was quite relaxing. It almost felt like sitting around Moms table during Thanksgiving. Robbie was our waiter, and he didn't disappoint. Outstanding demeanor and just an all around good man. The icing on the cake was Alanna, the cook. She was a one woman super hero, making multiple orders coming at her from all sides, but delivering them just as quick and exactly as ordered. Really fabulous time had by all.

The food is never disappointing. Sometimes there can be a long wait depending on the day. The staff is friendly but because it gets busy at times the noise level can get a bit loud.

I usually only get to go orders from this location twice a year, for my birthday and my mom's. They give you 5 pancoins to redeem for a stack of 5 pancakes. At first, it was difficult to figure out how to do it! After you figure it out, then it is easier to do each time. The past 2 years, though, we did not get our pancoins!! We both had to email support about it but they did manually add them later. They claimed our birthdays weren't showing up on their end, yet it was listed on both of our accounts since signing up. So they directed us to just click update or save information a couple times so it would show up on their end and so it wouldn't happen again next year or the following years after. As for their food.... OH. MY. GOODNESS. The stack of 5 pancakes we get FOR FREE every year are always 100% delicious and perfect 👌🏻 I always ask for toppings in a cup and pay a couple dollars for it. This time, I asked for the toppings for the Mexican Tres Leches. Which is: vanilla sauce (mostly like a watery version of instant no bake vanilla pudding, before it thickens) & dulce de leche caramel sauce (super sweet, thick caramel sauce just like the kind you'd buy at stores). They also threw in whipped topping. Let me tell you, those toppings on pancakes were the absolute best tasting pancakes, & as close to Heaven in your mouth, that I have EVER had in my whole life. If you're thinking or debating on whether or not to try these pancakes, GO FOR IT & YOU CAN THANK ME LATER!!! 🥞🍴🤎🤍🤎🤍
