My boyfriend and I came around 11:30 on a Sunday. 4 people were ahead of us, no big parties. I thought maybe 30 min wait . It was like an hour and 15 mins before we got to sit down.
We ordered and an hour later food came out. At this time, hardly anyone was left eating, most had left. I'm not sure what the hold up was. Apparently, the manager was back cooking. The waitress apologized and said everyone has had to wait a long time for their food. I tried to be understanding.. when the food finally did come out, it was amazing! Everything tasted amazing! I paid with my credit card and then waited some more. The waitress forgot to charge me and left my credit card somewhere. 10 mins later she came out again and apologized and said she found it but didn't feel well and got complacent. I do understand that things happen.. however, no discount was offered and we went to eat as a treat for ourselves, only to have a not so good experience.
Most likely, unless we want to be there for 2 1/2 hrs again, we won't be going back.
