40 minutes for chicken because they don’t want to work and talk amongst themselves the entire time, just to get powdered mashed potatoes and rock hard biscuits. Worst crew imaginable. They all deserve to be fired.

Would have rated it a zero if I could. Absolute worst staff I have ever dealt with. Asked for a manager (Donovan) and he was worse than the staff and then refused to give me his name. Don’t worry…another manager heard the conversation, corrected him, and gave me his name. Never again!

Went through the drive thru at this location on December 7th at 7:30 p.m. The cashier was rude and short at the speaker. Then when I asked for hot sauce at the window the cashier rolled her eyes as she turned to get the hot sauce. I've been going to KFC for decades and only had one other issue in another state. I don't think paying customers should have to deal with rude staff!! If they are having a bad shift please don't take it out on the customers!!

Very disappointed. I had not eaten here in a long time and the food was horrible. Potato wedges were old and hard. Mac and cheese did not smell right. The chicken was okay, a little salty, biscuit hard. The lemon cake was good.

Currently in line in a drive thru. And being refused service through the drive thru because they are short staffed. Being told to come inside. Not everyone is able to come inside some ppl have disabilities and cant come inside. Even after showing the mngr on duty the handicap placard she continued to explain that she cant serve me through the window because they are short staffed and I would need to come inside to place my order.

This KFC was pretty amazing. Me and mom enjoyed lunch. It was a pot pie. Crust, crispy and decadent. Filling, scalding hot! I used my tongue to test the heat. It burnt the tip. I enjoyed the pain. The dish was delicious as it has been sometime since I enjoyed a pot pie. Sure Banquet pot pie is good in pinch but only KFC POT PIE fullfills it purpose.

For the last 2 days I have gone during my lunch break. Both days the customer service and food have both been great. The young lady in the window on yesterday and the young man today, I say thank you! I quit going to KFC for a long time due to poor service however I must say you guys have really hit the jackpot with who you have now. Thanks to the kitchen staff as well the food was hot fresh both days! Keep up the good work we see you and appreciate you.
Placed an online order, said it was ready. I get there and it still isn't ready. I stand there waiting and not a single person talked to me. The manager finally came to me, had an attitude, got my food, then slammed the bag down in front of me then walked off. This is at 715!
