Definitely will never use the app to order as I had to wait over 30 mins after the app said it was ready.. then had to continually remind them my order like it was my fault they cleared the screen…then another excuse was they were short staffed… never got my biscuits or gravy for my mashed potatoes!! At this point I just wanted a refund an I bet the couple in there with me would agree too

Messed up my order twice in a row. Went through the drive thru and they messed up my order. The man at the window was extremely rude. I went back to get my order right and they messed it up once again. I highly recommend finding a different place to eat at. This place is a waste of time and money.

The room was very nasty,the chair by the bed had bugs,and the had never been cleaned,and the hallways stink,and was trashed, people beside us partied all night,and whoever was above us never slept, running back and forth Al night,we left two days early without refund!!!

Miss Patrice was absolutely AMAZING! She walked our order out to the car and was so patient with my wife. My wife has tremors and Mrs. Patrice with great respect and patience helped my wife manage the step, carrying our order and assisting my wife in the truck. People like Mrs. Patrice are few and far in between. Cherish her as an employee and please empower her up the chain of command. Customer service such as hers is needed. This is not KFC place. It’s something else the test of the food was so bad not like KFC normally test I’m not going to order anymore from them because they missed a lot of things of my order. They have bad customer service and then employee that day was so rude to me for no reason.

This place was chaos, with only 3 customers. They messed my and my wifes order up. While we were eating there was a argument from a man that lived close, and it the third time his order was wrong. A door dash guy came in and was returning his order, because it was wrong. Manager was pleasant n fast, but not her employees...
