Food was supposed to be ready by 5:22, came in there was only one other customer, stood there for like 3 minutes before even being acknowledged, everybody in there was rude and slow. When I finally did get my order at 5:35 I wasn’t even given my sauces and then I came back in and asked for them and they didn’t even give me the right ones.

Everything was fine until I looked down on the last piece of chicken I had left to eat and saw this!! Immediately threw up. On top of only having dark meat, we paid $35 dollars for this?!! Absolutely disgusting!

Returning after many years of avoiding this place due to quality of food and employee/ staff attitude.
Using only drive-thu so far it been a nice visit. The individual on the speaker was helpful, he was polite. The food; I can only speak one the item that has become my go to fav- the Chicken pot pie. YUMMY! I really like this, it taste fresh, hot, completely cooked and the flakey crust golden and cooked all the way.

715pm I tried to buy 8 pc dinner meal from KFC Kingsland GA. 8 pieces of chicken and two sides was $31.00. Ordered the food anyway and I'm asked to wait 7 minutes to get it. The car behind me ordered a 12 piece meal and was also asked to wait. We both sat waiting nearly 10 minutes until an employee came out and delivered the other guy's 12 piece meal even though he ordered after me. I demanded a full refund and will never return. Awful service. Do yourself a favor and go to Publix for a cooked whole chicken and grab two sides for a lot less money. Bye KFC!
Definitely will never use the app to order as I had to wait over 30 mins after the app said it was ready.. then had to continually remind them my order like it was my fault they cleared the screen…then another excuse was they were short staffed… never got my biscuits or gravy for my mashed potatoes!! At this point I just wanted a refund an I bet the couple in there with me would agree too
