My details as follows great atmosphere but the steak was lousy the baked potatoes were so over cooked the skin was like leather the potatoes was very hard the steak was supposed to be thick cut but wasn't that's pretty much it oh the spinach and artichoke dip had way too much parmesan cheese in it those cooks that day were terrible

Steaks were seasoned with to much pepper could not eat it

Having a 20 top thrown together really quick, the servers and service were pretty good. There were a few mistakes made, but they were fixed. Overall the service was good

We ordered 2-Flo’s Filets, as we’ve done many times at many Longhorns.. They brought us 2- 1-inch tough, grisly pieces of meat. We sent 1 back (my husband is the type that won’t send food back). Look at the real size compared to what they tried to pass off as a filet!
But alas, the new one was doused with pepper, as punishment, no doubt for sending food back.
We won’t be back.

Was an interesting experience. Came here for my parents anniversary. Got seated immediately, which was a plus, then the waitress took about 20 minutes to bring us our drinks. I think she actually brought out the appetizer before she even got the drinks out. Then another 30 minutes before we got our food, and they forgot to bring my dad his broccoli even still. We were in the back of the restaurant so i guess out of sight out of mind. After trying to flag the waitress down forever the manager actually came over, apologized, got my dad his food, gave my parents a free dessert even promised to send them a gift card. Which was a great way to handle it. Shouldn't have had to happen in the first place but still, bumped the review back up a star. Maybe it was a bad night, maybe that waitress was new, dunno but 50/50. I had the salmon, no complaints there, was delicious.

Waited to be seated for 45 minutes only to be told we were removed from the wait list and would be placed on the back of the wait list. People that arrived after us were seated. Host was rude, and refused to seat us.

I went the other evening and had Chanel, she smelled of vodka and got the whole meal order wrong. Than when I tried to correct her she went off on me, I will not be eating her again because of her.

Had the most awful experience here a few nights ago. Steaks came out wrong. The manager kindly came out with new ones. One was still extremely wrong. Ended up getting a burger Togo and still paying for both steaks. The bartender was very kind to us. She was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately won’t be back due to the poor food. Also the cooks walking around may have something to do with the fact that they can’t get a steak right (at a steak house)
