Listen, I don’t leave many reviews. I really don’t like to complain but I’m so over it at this point. I don’t know what the heck is going on at this Panera but you guys seriously need to fire the new people that have been hired in the past 2-3 months and get new members all together or hire the old team back. My fiance and I have been ordering from here for over a year, every time it’s always been PERFECT, never had a single issue… That all changed about 3ish months ago, our order is wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We have a 7 month old who is teething and I just had surgery on my knee so we frequently just order delivery and we love Panera, we order from here sometimes 2-4 times a week. We only requested a refund once but we have easily had about 8-9 completely incorrect orders. But, even when the item is correct, I’m still missing dressing or there’s almost no lettuce… IN MY SALAD… how you screw up this consistently I have no idea. It’s beyond frustrating. I spoke with the manager like two weeks ago and he was extremely nice and recognized that there was a problem and he assured me that he was on top of it but sadly we haven’t noticed any improvement. We live in a really small town so there aren’t a ton of healthy restaurant options to eat at when we just are a bit too tired to cook so we REALLY hope our Panera gets it together! I know if we are complaining then that means we aren’t the only ones experiencing issues.

I blew the horn but couldn't get no one back at the window :/. So my drink was half complete. I had the new chili, potato soup, bacon turkey bravo, blueberry muffin and ice coffee.

Order as shorted this time. Had wrong item earlier this week when ordering. Today a per paid order was ready for pick up and had to wait over 10 min in driver through with one car in front. Then ordering was not complete.
