I came here the other day and got some food which was pretty good, but the one worker on the other hand was extremely disrespectful. The girl at the front counter was a new worker, and despite not knowing everything was very sweet and helpful and is the only reason I'm leaving 2 stars. The one worker, Gwen, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I watched her call the girl at the front counter stupid and yell in her face. She then proceeded to come over to the customers in the lobby and continue to yell and complain about the other workers which I thought was very unprofessional. I think this place would be much better off without her because the other workers were very sweet. Do better.

I would like to address a very disappointing customer service experience. There was a young African woman dressed in gray attire working during my visit who displayed an extremely unpleasant attitude toward customers. What stood out the most was how she treated a gentleman who stated he comes there every night as a loyal repeat customer. Despite his regular support, she responded to him with disrespect and unnecessary attitude.

Customer service should reflect professionalism, patience, and respect toward every customer, especially those who continuously support the business. A negative attitude can quickly affect the atmosphere and overall experience for everyone present.

I hope management takes this seriously and provides additional customer service training so customers feel welcomed and appreciated rather than uncomfortable or disrespected.

There spicy chicken is fresh and the have a 9 piece 1 lg side and 4 biscuits .little under $26 dollars after taxes. And A FAV.3 PICESES. OF CHICKEN FOR $3 dollars. That's. Very great

Gwen and James make a good team getting the orders out quickly and accurately. I ordered my food and sat down to eat. I watched as more and more customers came in the door. They were slammed and i watched as 1 by 1 they got people's orders out quickly with smiles on both of their faces. They were super friendly and their customer service was great! I can't say enough how good they were. My order was right. The food was hot and they got it out very fast with pleasant attitudes and smiles on their faces. I have no complaints at all.

Worst service 2nd time in a row they forgot to put blanked tender to make it ready. I came after 15 minutes and revised my order again. It’s keep happening service is poorest.
