I ordered a family meal 12 pack two size one of the sides was red beans are nice. The other one was fries supposed to be a large fry. I got a small fry.

Went to the Popeyes located in Kingsland, GA and asked if I could get my fries without the seasoning and was told no with the answer from my server is "I'm not sure I don't think so". My server never asked anyone else. I them placed my order asking for a fresh (newly dropped) fish sandwich that I heard are so good. a fry and 6 wings sauce on the side. I received a fish that was dropped at least 1 hour ago, and the wings were the same. THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST LUNCHES OF MY LIFE. I will never go back and can't believe the people and manager who was a part of this isn't ashamed to serve such trash. Shame on you Kingsland, GA Popeyes the worst.

This is a Popeyes in a truck stop. It's usually pretty good you know normal Popeyes stuff. This time not so much I've eaten here several times so this was just a one-off but I'll share it with you. Service was pretty good but the chicken came out old and tough and kind of cold. It was definitely overcooked and the pieces were pretty small. Must have gotten a bad batch of chicken and overcooked it and set up on the table for a while before I got it. It came out quick so I know they didn't cook it to order. I'll definitely go back again it's convenient and it's usually pretty good but I had to share my experience just so you know it can be hit or miss. I mean it's a truck stop you know.

This is the worst service in any fast food restaurant I have ever been in. The employees just move around like snails talking with each other and doing nothing. Customers were simply walking out frustrated. I waited 25 minutes for 2 simple chicken sandwiches. The sandwiches were good but I will never go to that store again.

Yesterday I visited this place. While I was eating, one of the stuff guys started sweeping the floor and suddenly, I saw that with the same broom he was using for the floor, he wiped the seats where we all sat, thinking that those seats were clean. Seriously, how disgusting, why do they allow that?? They have to take urgent hygiene measures.

Payed $35 for 6 pieces of chicken and 4 sides the chicken was old having sit in its own grease and the Coleslaw was to pickled. Just keeps reminding me why going out to eat, the food is over priced and sucks. Do you know how much chicken I should've bought at Wal-Mart instead of supporting this business?

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 ghost pepper chicken sandwich at 4:24 didn't get food until 4:49. They had chicken stacked up and still couldn't fill orders. Unacceptable! The food was good once we finally got it.

terrible service set there for over a hour for one meal and then wasn't even asked if I needed anything and I had to mention about my before it was even started due to me doing it online because I was told to do I left went to another restaurant and grab a meal order online and still had to wait a hour poor customer service
