Great burgers and dog
Not real meat, burger was disgusting plus it had a piece of plastic in it. First and last time ever eating at a ritters!
YUM! Decided to stop here on a whim because we saw a billboard on our drive back to FL from NJ. Food was so fresh and the service was quick. The person working the register tonight, 10/2 around 9p, you rocked! Good attitude and super helpful/cool.

Went to Ritters Sunday 29 September 2024 at around 6:30 PM .
Unfortunately It was not a pleasant experience.
I ordered a double cheeseburger, one slice of cheese, Lettuce, tomato, pickles, and ketchup and mustard . No ritters sauce .
Well, the first time the manager came out and told me that they had put two slices of cheese on the burger and needed to redo it. OK fine.
It was nice to see that they were doing quality control of the products that they put out to the customers so I thought.?
Then I get served a Double cheese burger
Unfortunately, this time they put Ritter sauce on it., I didn’t know they had Ritter sauce on it until I bid into it and I don’t like Ritter sauce. That’s why I always ask them not to put it on the burger, only ketchup and mustard. I was very specific when I ordered the burger on what I wanted. On the Burger.
Then I had to bring it to their attention again, and the manager brought me out a new bun with only pickles. I had to go back again. Ask for lettuce the lettuce had sauce on it.
I’m very disappointed in the manager, obviously taking care of other customers was a priority and I was not the lack of pride and work and quality control. Not acceptable to me.
And yes, I did give a tip. It was only one dollar in cash and this is a type of service you’re going to get so I’m not sure what I need to do. Do I need to be a bigger tipper when I go to Ritters or does the manager and the crew need to put some pride in their work and do some quality control and take care of each and every customer that comes in there and not disregard. Me .
Feel free to make a comment on what needs to be done because I really do like supporting local businesses, but I am not going to be treated that way and I certainly am not gonna put up with any people that don’t understand putting pride in your work.

Small small seating areas but there was outside dining as well. Great food and service for our 14 person group and very good icecream as well !!!

Restaurantji Recommends
Requested 2 plain hotdogs through door dash. I selected the option to remove all toppings and even put plain in additional instructions, and it still came smothered with ketchup, mustard, and relish. Either they need to change the way the food conditions are selected or train their employees better.
Shouldn't be paying $6.49 per hotdog and not get it the way I want it. Absolutely terrible. And door dash can only refund me 1.99.
$13 for 2 hotdogs I can't eat. What a rip off.

These good reviews have to be fake. This is the nastiest fast food I have ever had and I’m not exaggerating. Waited 45 minutes for my food served by rude staff. Save your money and go to Freddy’s down the street!!

Very good custard and burger joint. Counter service and then after ordering they bring the food to your table. Small inside with maybe 5 tables. A counter bar with more seating too.
