I visited 3am Tuesday morning. The food was excellent, the staff wasn't very friendly, the counters and tables were dirty, the bathroom wasn't clean, and it was so cold inside that I had to go back out to my car twice for 2 extra hoodies and a pair of pants to put on over my gym shorts. It was uncomfortably cold.

It was 330p-ish so it was dead as expected. The waitress was lost. Asked for refills, asked about our food, asked for the check, food was late coming to the table, like toast. It seemed good until the middle of the night. The person with me had a similar thing.

Two people working and the one taking orders and getting drinks ignores you and then forgets the rest of your food. We literally had to ask 2 times for service after they saw us come in. Never a refill offered. Waited 35 minutes before getting some of our food. Both people disappeared so we couldn’t even let them know they didn’t finish making our order, just ended up having them take what we didn’t get off the bill at the end. I’ve never had a Waffle House experience so bad like this before.
