I work next door and I’ve waited 45 minutes for a single Texas patty melt while people who drove up after I ordered then went inside and ordered and got their food before mine even began to be made. I don’t like complaining and I usually wait abt 20 minutes and am satisfied cuz I understand it’s an online order but why is my ticket and another sitting of to the side where they won’t be made yet even tho they were there first. everytime the short young man with brown hair works he does this last time I waited 45 minutes because he said he did not notice it but this time it’s clearly sitting there off to the side even tho I tipped 20%. Im not asking you to get down and worship me im just asking to be treated like a paying customer. At the time im writing this I’ve yet to get my food wonder when I will.

It’s November 29th and very cold inside the restaurant today! The coffee was made fresh before my eyes but was very bitter or old tasting.

Our waitress was very helpful. She made sure to check on us and make sure our order was right. Some of the dishes however were not clean. We got cups with stuff in & on them. We had to leave our drinks.

Our server was great and the staff were super nice to us. We also noticed that the staff was very nice to each other. Food was delicious. It will definitely be a regular stop for us.

My food was ICE COLD l!! The waitresses were running around in coats it was so ridiculously freezing in there! Eating ice cold waffles and eggs is disgusting, plus trying to eat shivering. It's October, not August!! I understand that restaurants have to keep the temperature cool, but THAT was like eating inside of a refrigerator. Stupid! You could see the menus and blinds blowing from the air conditioner, it was so jacked up! I did ask if they could move the temp up a notch and was told no. What a waste of food and money! The ONLY thing that was good was the service from our waitress (in her coat!)

walked in service was horrible , one skinny girl one big girl and big guy just cussing up a storm in there . Was giving me and my friends stank looks the whole time. The last 3 nights has been only take out because they had to mop . while they had other people at a seat. They also got mad because we paid extra for jalapeños and never got them on our bacon hashbrown bowl. Food is very very greasy. they need to work on their service and food.
