They use to have the best chicken tenders in Camden County, but now you are lucky to get hot, or fresh, and their fries are either burnt, raw, cold, loaded with seasoned salt, or none. Their wings have went way down too. I get the salads a lot, but they have started to decline.

Ordered a nibblers meal on the app, got home and the buns were literally rock hard and couldn't even be eaten. Why would they even serve that? They should've gone in the trash. Sent a message to corporate asking for a refund or credit to my app account and explained why. It's been almost 2 weeks and I've never gotten a response. So I guess I'm just out $10. We have plenty of other chicken restaurants in this area, I won't be back.

I made mobile order for drive thru. They tell me that it’s not ready and I have to come inside to pick up my order which is not door dash.I come in three minutes later and food was cold. I ordered super size wings and things combination. Meaning the fries and drink upgraded. Fries was a small. Not even medium.
Almost everything at my lunch experience today was dismal. Cleanliness of bathrooms lack of hot sauce on my sandwich fountain drink mix to the wrong ratios. Staff was also not friendly when I asked for the hot sauce that should've been on my kickin' chicken.
The food is always DELICIOUS. The service is always super friendly, and the place is casual and clean. I will be keep coming to this Zaxby’s location. They’ve got a regular customer here!
Every time I come here, I get friendly service, whether I’m dining in or going through drive-thru. It’s one of my favorite fast food restaurants right now, because the food comes out quick, and has been consistently good.
I usually order the traditional Wings & Things with buffalo garlic blaze as my wing sauce, and it’s super tasty. Love that sauce! I also love the Zax sauce. Seriously, can’t get enough. Every time I’ve been here, my chicken tenders and fries are fried to perfection. And everything tastes great!
I’ve tried the fried pickles as well, and they’re really tasty with ranch. I’ve also tried the fried cheddar bites, but I didn’t really like them. Zaxby’s ice is my favorite! I also always request all flats for my wings and have never had a problem with that special request.
The dining area has plenty of booths for guest. It’s a super casual vibe and the restaurant and restrooms are clean.
Like I said, I will definitely be returning to this location when I’m in need of a quick meal and craving for some yummy chicken. I recommend coming here!

When we finally got the food, the girl in cooking area told the cashier to tell us they were waiting on fresh wings so we wouldn't get mad.
She new we were watching them.

Last time I eat Zaxbys in 2008.
It was my favorite fast food on the roadtrip driving down to Florida every year.
After I had to stop eating fast food for medical reason,but sometimes we still stop by for the kiddos to grab some chicken tenders with fries can’t forget the Zaxbys sauce!!
After many-many years I eat 2 tenders today. Taste just a same as 2008! It’s bring back the old good times!!

DO NOT COME HERE BEYOND 7 PM.
That night crew sucks seven days/week. They play too much. They're always screwing up orders. And I keep going back like a fool because options are very limited in this town. If you have the option, go during the day. The day shift seems to be less irritating and they don't screw up as much.
One night, I watched a girl wipe down the drink machine while someone else was fixing the drinks. And she was wiping over the cups. She scrounged her face up with discuss, and then proceeded to put her hands all over the drinks to move them out the way.
Way too many people under 20 on these shifts and the one "responsible" adult they have always looks defeated.

Great food ... great service ... good value
Parking: Nice size parking lot. There's room for a mid-size
rv / camper / motor home... larger ones could be parked in the lot next door or behind theirs.
