The early afternoon staff is great and the food is always on point, but the night staff is seriously lacking on the food and their hospitality.

My daughter is very picky on what she eats. So we eat here alot. And the manager and staff are always amazing.
We always manage to spill a drink when we go here. They are quick to get over and clean it up. While we apologize profusely. They always say its not a problem. This restaurant is absolutely amazing. Food is always great. the manager is awesome. And it shows in his crew. They are always smiling and happy to help

A lot of staff behind the counter and no one came and cleaned the tables. The trash was overflowing had lots of debris on the floor.

I had Chicken fingers, fries and texas toast with Zaxbys signature sauce. The sauce was very good and the seasoning on the fries was very savory.

What are you waiting for to fix the flashing light fan? That thing can cause an epileptic seizure.

Good was good. Took longer then usual to receive my order. The woman that served me (I think her name was Brittany) could of been a little nicer. Has a real attitude problem with not just myself but a couple of people I notice that came in. Would be a 5 star but I unfortunately can't due to the server.

10-31-25. First time at a Zaxbys. This is right off of I-95 exit 3 in GA. Great exit for tons of food selections, gas, lodging and other services. Our order was served quickly and it was nice and hot. The servers were very polite and friendly. We dined in and the tables were clean and comfortable, restrooms were also clean. The best customer service in any Zaxby's that I have ever been in THE U.S.A. The manager there runs a tight ship, and everyone works as a team and enjoys working there you can tell. He even was nice enough to replace my overcooked egg rolls and gave me extras for the inconvenience!

Literally spent 5 minutes trying to explain that we didn't want Texas toast, and wanted only fries. Ended up with only Texas toast no fries even though that isn't what was repeated back to us at the window. Won't be back

We enjoyed our meal at Zaxby’s tonight. But my review is to brag on one of the employees, Luc. From the moment we stepped up to the register Luc was exceptionally courteous, personable and helpful. Except for Chic Fllet, very few employees in businesses go out of their way to speak, much less smile, offer helpful assistance or say thank you. This young man was so impressive in his conduct that my husband and I called him over and thanked him for how nice he had been. I have no idea what Luc’s future goals are, but he will be extremely successful and an awesome asset to whatever business is lucky enough to get him!
