The best customer service in any Zaxby's that I have ever been in THE U.S.A. The manager there runs a tight ship, and everyone works as a team and enjoys working there you can tell. He even was nice enough to replace my overcooked egg rolls and gave me extras for the inconvenience!

Literally spent 5 minutes trying to explain that we didn't want Texas toast, and wanted only fries. Ended up with only Texas toast no fries even though that isn't what was repeated back to us at the window. Won't be back

We enjoyed our meal at Zaxby’s tonight. But my review is to brag on one of the employees, Luc. From the moment we stepped up to the register Luc was exceptionally courteous, personable and helpful. Except for Chic Fllet, very few employees in businesses go out of their way to speak, much less smile, offer helpful assistance or say thank you. This young man was so impressive in his conduct that my husband and I called him over and thanked him for how nice he had been. I have no idea what Luc’s future goals are, but he will be extremely successful and an awesome asset to whatever business is lucky enough to get him!

Rubbery cold chicken and soggy fries… when I asked for water instead or soda for my meal I was given faucet water in a cup when they clearly have bottled water. I don’t want your dirty water. They have got to do better. Go to chic fil a instead

I know they're trying to modernize the place to keep up with the new brand but this place looks nothing like Zaxby's anymore. You took the home-like feeling out of the place. All of the character that comes from Zaxby's memorabilia is gone. That being said I'll be going through the drive through from now on to get my twice a week Zaxby's fix.

Quickest kickin chicken I've ever received, however I said light sauce which it wasn't. Clear drive through voice and convenient to 95 south. Collin out.

What's this location is clearly overwhelmed at lunch. The dining room has very clearly not been cleaned for a very long time and most of the supplies are running very low.
The food was fresh, but the tenders are small.
