The best customer service in any Zaxby's that I have ever been in THE U.S.A. The manager there runs a tight ship, and everyone works as a team and enjoys working there you can tell. He even was nice enough to replace my overcooked egg rolls and gave me extras for the inconvenience!
Literally spent 5 minutes trying to explain that we didn't want Texas toast, and wanted only fries. Ended up with only Texas toast no fries even though that isn't what was repeated back to us at the window. Won't be back
We enjoyed our meal at Zaxby’s tonight. But my review is to brag on one of the employees, Luc. From the moment we stepped up to the register Luc was exceptionally courteous, personable and helpful. Except for Chic Fllet, very few employees in businesses go out of their way to speak, much less smile, offer helpful assistance or say thank you.
