I used to eat lunch at this store fairly regularly. I stopped eating there after getting an incorrect order , reporting it via the QR code on the receipt with no response. I like many of Arby's sandwiches but as my luck would have it I got the ingredient I don't like the most. I am not a fan of the liquid cheese which reminds me of plastic. The food is great, the whole family love to eat at Arby's. I have to admit we have never been inside the place. I have talked with people that have been on the inside and they say it clean and the employees
