Haven't had domino's in years and this was my first time and last time ordering from this location. Pizzas came out overcooked and none of the pizza or my dry philly cheese steak were cut all the way through.

Usually service has been good. 11/21/2025 I ordered a pizza on the $6.99Special with extra sauce. Have done this many times with out a problem. I was charged for another topping. Which I had never paid with this request. I asked which one had extra sauce as I wanted to separate the two pizzas from one another after I paid. The cashier pointed one out. I took him at his word. I returned to work but had to give a massage , so I did it then phoned The Lafayette Ga. location to get it rectified. The manager said he could not do anything and that it was listed as extra cheese on the order and he refused to make it right. I have eaten at Dominos for decades and NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH SHODDY SERVICE FROM ANY LOCATION!!! I will think twice before using Dominos again!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED BECAUSE OF SHODDY SERVICE OVER AN INCORRECT ORDER!!!! The only reason for 1 star is because the site would not let me post without it.

My wife ordered a supreme pizza last night and got the worst ever. It was burned and they decided to remake it and it was even wosrt than before....still burned and least topping. Sorry to say that we'll stick with little ceasers from here on out cause you guys suck!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had at a Domino’s. We called in an order and the order was repeated back to us correctly. Picked up the pizzas and drove home 25 minutes just to find out that the pizzas were entirely wrong. We called and had to talk to the rudest employees and manager about the situation that informed us that he couldn’t help at all because we paid for it. He couldn’t seem to get it through his stupid brain that I ordered a specific item and was given a different one and that I either wanted it fixed or refunded, but somehow it is my fault because I paid for the pizzas that I ORDERED??? Will not be giving this location any more service.

So, I ordered the chicken salad ( like a fool) due to my diet. These folks think it's legit to charge 9 dollars for a salad that you can get out of a machine in a hospital cafeteria for a 6 year old child! You will see Joe Biden for second term before I eat at Domino's again! Family included!!! It's b.s.

Worst experience i ever had. Idk if it was because they were swamped due to ballgames on TV and everybody wanted pizza or what, but it was awful. I ordered in the app as I always do. We sat patiently in the parking lot until the app said our order was ready. It obviously wasn't. It was at least 15 minutes MORE before we got it. While we were waiting a man came in who had been given the wrong order. Maybe that's what happened to ours?? Idk.

So I've shopped here multiple times using the app with mixed experiences. Food is always good. It's the attitude of the current workers I have an issue with. If I come in the restaurant on a consistent basis you would think I would get better service as a regular. Instead I just had this lady get an attitude with me when I asked here for a sauce with my parm bites. She said since I didn't pay for it she couldn't do that. I explain the last time I was here the manager gave it to me no question. Before I could even say anything she said well that's not how it works just because someone else does it for you doesn't mean the next person will. I said lady I'll pay for it, if you wanna get an attitude with me I wont come back here. She just said okay. She walked away before I could say you've obviously never hooked up a loyal customer. I'm not hurting their bottom line as I got a pizza as well. The attitude is what is upsetting to me. There is zero reason to start conflict if a customer is asking for something. I won't be back here at this location. Some red head with long hair is who I spoke with. Everyone else seems legit to me. I'm just not gonna get told by someone who doesn't even know me how I should interact with a pizza place employee. When all I was asking for was a free sauce I should've been getting with that item anyways. I called and tried to speak with her and she hung up and said I was harassing her. Ridiculous. Point is don't be picky with who or when you give out a sauce that should be free with the item I got anyways. (I got a free parm bite in the app.) Then give the customer a pep talk when you don't give it to me and I get upset with your inconsistent behaviors.

I ordered 2 2 topping thin an crispy pizzas I don't think they put sauce on either pizza and it barely had any toppings or cheese an it was totally overcooked an totally dry ! I had to put 1 star but it doesn't deserve a star ! I won't ever go back ! I'd love to post the pictures but don't see how .
