Dining in is a waste of time. Horrible service, needed an act of congress and a young priest and an old priest just to get a refill on a drink. Waited 35 minutes trying to catch the servers attention to get some to go boxes. There was only one other table with customers. It was not that busy. Next time I will save my money and my time and just go thru the pickup line at Little Caesars. An absolutely freaking joke all the way around.

Wings were great. We ordered the Giant New Yorker and it was hard as a rock. Dry and tasteless. Toppings on cardboard. Fun fact; Pizza Hut: Big New Yorker w/ wings 31.30 Papa John’s; Shaqaronni w/ wings 31.29

It’s a typical Pizza Hut experience when it comes to taste — consistent with what you’d expect. However, what really stood out was the exceptional service. I placed an online order that somehow got lost in the system. Instead of making excuses, the staff immediately apologized and offered to remake the order right away. We were willing to pay as long as we got our food, but to our surprise, they refunded us and gave us the order for free. Excellent customer service from the entire team!

You can't talk to a local person. One day they can deliver to my house and the next day they can't, even though they have been delivering pizza to my home for the past ten years. They used to have the best pizza in town, but evidently they have hired people that do not have the business nor customer best interests in mind. It's sad!!

We were there on Saturday for lunch. Waited forever to get our order taken. Then forever for the food. No one else was in there that should have been a warning for us! The food was over cooked . It was terrible. Don’t waste your time or money going there!

I got the chicken biscuit and it was not cooked it kind of made me think it was a piece of lab grown chicken and probably was. The biscuits are great I have no problem with a biscuits. But the chicken was not what it had been being in the past

I never complain about food service bc I worked in it for 20 years and I don't like to do this but when they don't realize their mistakes and refuse to do anything about it, it's a problem. I would rather wait longer for the product to be right other than get what I didn't order on time. I ordered hand tossed and got pepperoni and cheese on a cracker and they would not replace it ?. I have an android phone and can't figure out how to show the picture or I would. Their time was good tho, had only they had gotten the pizza right...ps the cheese bread was very brown and hard to eat too Bless their hearts
First off I never leave reviews like this. However I will this time. The server never brings you a straw to drink out of first off. The buffet you never have any bread sticks or pizza. This will be the first pizza place in Lafayette “out of the many that we have here” out of business in my opinion.

They don't even deserve a 1 star people kept walking out while we where there because the lady working wasn't listening to people orders she kept getting them wrong and the wait was horrible it took us 30-35 minutes to order and there was no customer in the restaurant took for ever to get our drinks and we ordered a big dinner box that came with 2 pizzas (cheese pizza & pepperoni) cheese bread and wings got the wings and they gave us bread sticks instead of cheese bread and the pepperoni pizza we had to ask about we was already about to leave and I watched the lady take a pizza out of a box and bring it to our table it was dark colored and hard as a brick only reason I brought it home was to have proof and I didn't want to make a scene in front of my 2 kids

Today we just did take out but wanted to say that we have had amazing service and food at this location. I have noticed there was a change in staffing but they seem to be doing well!! Today the stuffed crust pizza was AMAZING!!

Can't tell you if their pizza is any good because we never received any service. We walked in and were told by an employee to find a seat. 30 minutes later, we still haven't had anyone come to our table nor the tables around us. My wife even went to the counter, and the manager was taking calls and turned his back to her, and the girl at the register never looked up even after she tried to get her attention. We left... waste of time!
