Everything was dry. Service was fast but I wonder if that was because the chicken was cooked already and sitting out. Even the grilled cheese burger was dry. Not very impressed with the food. McDonald's would of been so much better

My husband and I recently tried the Sonic in Lafayette after not eating there for about 2 years to find out if we can start going back... ANNNNDD they actually were very quick, had everything right, and food was very fresh and hot. This was our experience. I know people are skeptical right now but I think they refreshed management and employees. Just a heads up just in case yall wanna try it again 🤷🏻‍♀️😁

I have went here repeatedly and have regretted it without fail every time. They take forever even if I’m one of two or three cars at the place. I have repeatedly waited 30+ minutes for an order just to be told they lost my order because they like to clear out tickets before they serve food to make it look like their wait times are super short.

I tried to place an order on the mobile app for chicken tenders and couldn’t so I got them elsewhere but then I stopped for two grape slushes and they never made them after 10 minutes but they kept getting customers behind me so I drove off

I ordered a milkshake on the app. When I arrived at the store, I was told the machine was broken, but they put my name on a list to receive a free milkshake at some unknown point in the future. I told them I preferred a refund, but they said I would need to call the number on the receipt. After wasting 20 minutes of my lunch break speaking to that guy, I was told he would be mailing a a gift card. Not emailing, but MAILING. I told him I shouldn't have to wait several days to weeks to receive a refund. It is their fault that they show milkshakes as available on the app when the machine is broken. He refused my refund and said he would have to push it up the chain. All of this for a simple refund of an item that I paid for and they couldn't provide. I visited this location several times per week for a while now. My money will be going elsewhere from now on.

Just ordered a cherry DR. Pepper with lime drink, and it was so bad. There is no DR pepper whatsoever, all I taste is a very strong cherry flavor like Fanta but worse. And there was no lime, basically just cherry juice.

I got the footlong corny dog with the chili and cheese and it really wasn't that great so I usually just get the Route 44 cherry slushie which I love

We repeat these steps every time: We pulled up to the tank, turned engine off, grabbed a sanitizer wiped & put CC card into the slot, tapped screen, held wipe onto gas nozzle in the tank, chose which flavor of gas to put, when the desired number popped up on screen, turned off gas, replaced the hose back into station,threw wipe into trash, got paper receipt, put key in ignition, started vehicle, & then drive to our next destination.

The staff is most definitely rude. When I was paying for my order I was trying to get one of the window girls attention cuz I wanted to add a drink on to my order and as soon as I started talking, she shut the window in my face And completely ignored me when I was trying to flag her down to come back to the window ? And yes they take forever most of the time but it's worth it most the time cuz the food is fresh. So it's 50/50

They don’t mix there slushes up good, you tell them and stilll don’t ! Next day they didn’t as well. Smart mouth!
