I had a fantastic experience with Jessica at Sonic! She was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The service was quick, and my order was just as I requested. She asked me how my food was as I was leaving. It's always a pleasure to visit a place where staff genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. This has got to be the worst sonic of all time, consistently bad for years, either your order takers need to be retrained or your need new microphones or both, canceled a $30 order and drove off.

Disappointed in the service. Three tries for getting my order right left me requesting a refund ( which will take 5-7 days ) and ended up family had Hardee’s for dinner. Lost our business after ballgames for a while.

I have not lived in Lafayette long but I do go to Sonic to get the hot dogs because the hot dogs are normally pretty good maybe I'm going at the wrong time of day for this chicken sandwich that they have going on but I believe this is the second time I've ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it looks like that I can't eat it it's inedible it's absolutely gross

Went to the Lafayette sonic order small peanut butter shake, Xtra whip. Charged me 6.36 brought it to me & hardly any whip at all Charged me twice for it,told them that that was Xtra whip told me yes it was I asked to speak to the manager some girl comes back and tells me that all the whip I was getting I said I asked to talk to a manager which at this time she was behind her so the manager tells her to just close the window she didn't have time to deal with that crap. I proceed to pull up & tell them at the door I want my money back so she snatch it out of my hand and another girl brings me my money and throws it in my car & walks off do NOT recommend go there after 4 when the school kids are working cause they don't care & manager doesn't either about work ethics or anything else that I seen.

What is it up with the change in the ice? This was the best place in town to get drinks just because the sonic ice.

2nd time in a months period I was forgotten by the staff after placing a mobile order after waiting literally 45 minutes on my food I get home to find out they left out a hot and a drink... And to top it off I can't even call the establishment and complain to the manager to let them know because the phone number listed isn't up to date!

We consistently experience prolonged wait times at this establishment. Despite utilizing the mobile application to expedite the process, there was still a 15-minute delay. Additionally, it is noteworthy that the Sonic signage is currently non-functional and incomplete.

Made a mobile order got there, then had to wait 20 minutes and then had to press the call button to see if our order was seen. Once we got the order they forgot the sauces.
