How do you have a drive up let a customer wait 8 minutes after pushing the red button just to tell customer it is drive thru only. Then get to the order box and sit another 10 minutes with no one taking your order. Looks like the Lafayette ga location needs to get better management and employees willing to do their jobs or shut the store down completely and let another restaurant have the location . Last time I will be going to this location. Not to mention they will not answer any phone. DO BETTER

You pull into a stall, order, the screen then let's you know where they are in the process of your order, the last of which is the hopper is on their way with your order. We get to that part fairly quickly then it goes away, as if I've gotten my food and five others get their orders before me. Quit trying to cheat your times and own up to it. I wouldn't be this frustrated if it wasn't maneuvered to seem as if I was served

if i could give this place no stars that is what they would get!! service and food was horrible. was in line for a while and food was made wrong and then got home. tried to call and let them know and phone was apparently off the hook so had family go back up with the receipt and manageroffered a little small cup of chili to go over the cold tots they messed up instead of refixing them

I live in this town, we eat here rarely. Its the SLOWEST sonic on the planet. Drive thru wait is generally 15-20 minutes. The food quality isn't worth the wait.
