Went to this subway in Lafayette ga on my lunch break around 6 pm on Tuesday nov 14 2023. When I got ready to pay I was going to use the subway app to receive a free cookie from the cashier a short brown haired 19 year old woman. She says we don’t do that here. I said it’s on the app for a free cookie plus I have subway points built up. She says we don’t accept subway points at this store in Lafayette you will have to use them elsewhere. You can pay from your app and place orders from the subway app but you can’t cash in any subway perks.

It's sad when Subway quits taking their own coupons because they let the franchise owners decide what they can and can't take. Not taking coupons on the series is bad business
