Terrible. I ordered an 8 PC chicken only. I asked for original because can't eat the crispy. Looked in bucket and looked good. When we got home I made some sides. I had three pics on top then a layer of paper. After taking paper off I found the rest of my chicken was all crispy. Looking at my receipt I saw it said original. How can they not get it right. I did not use drive thru because I have a hard time talking and people hearing me. SO I had to try to get chicken out of breading. The last 3 times I've been there ive either gotten old or wrong chicken . I live about 20 miles to KFC and it's really not feasible you spend $20 on something you can't seem to get right.

To start everything was good... went through the drive through and order taking was pleasant. Then we pulled forward and things started to change... cashier at window (who saw our dog in the back seat) launched into a profanity-heavy rant about another customers dog. Then didn't include napkins or a spork for the Famous bowl. We opened the food and realized that hot sauce had been added to the Famous Bowl (we didn't order and not on receipt)... when my wife took in for replacement she was cursed at multiple times and called a liar by the cook claiming that we asked for it to be extra spicy (we didn't... why would we park and come in for a replacement if we did?). The manager sat by quietly. Thankfully the food was quite good which is what salvaged a 3 star for them, but they have a serious issue with employees here and got the feeling that management was being tolerant because it was that or no employees.

The food was great, the outside of the restaurant looked good and the woman who took my order was amazing!! Everything changed when I pulled forward to pay. The young woman at the window never smiled or even spoke a syllable during our transaction even though I made three attempts to be friendly and say thank you! It’s bad when you deserve a 5 star review but one person ruins it for everyone. My receipt says the cashier was Kawala not sure if this was this persons name but she doesn’t need to work the window if she can’t even acknowledge you. To the lady who took my order you are fantastic!! To the person who cooked my food it was delicious!

Made a drive through order for all Dark Meat and got mix of White and Dark, Ordered 6 biscuits and got 4. Got home before this was discovered. I have no confidence in KFC Lagrange.
