Food was good the employees was not very friendly at all and really looked like they hated their jobs it was sad and as I was leaving one of the employees was at the door standing on the phone and myself and my 8 year old nephew was struggling to get out bc I am in a wheelchair and she didn’t offer to help or say excuse me or anything and another customer seen us and got up to help us
I stopped by the KFC in LaGrange, GA on Friday, July 31, and had a great experience. The customer service was outstanding! The cashier, who I believe may have been a manager and has probably been there for 6–8 years, greeted every customer with such warmth and professionalism. I even took a moment to compliment her because genuine, friendly service like that is becoming harder to find.

A special mention was made of the manager for their outstanding service and generosity, especially during a birthday celebration. While some customers have expressed disappointment with the extra crispy chicken and the price of meals, others found the food delicious. The nuggets have been highlighted as the best, hot and tender, with so much flavor that no sauce was needed. Overall, while there were some service issues, the delicious food and exceptional staff made the dining experience at KFC memorable.
