I just went through got 2cheese crystals and a order of fries, have they been heating up since yesterday? The buns and they onions were crispy...Just sad
Outside of building looks all dirty and nasty. Last couple of times I’ve been there the person working the drive thru is outside with someone and has to come inside. Never washes their hands and not to mention I’ve found hair in my fries.🤢. I love Krystal and especially love their breakfast but I’ve stopped going because it just doesn’t look sanitary anymore.
Drive Thur employee today at 10:00am was rude as ever with the worst attitude known to man . I suggest if your not happy or can’t handle pressure she seek different line of work .
