The Lagrange location- 7x out of 10, they’re out of all of the protein. Tonight, the lady in front of me asked if they were gonna have more rice bc there was none on the line- the employees said it was gonna be a while. She then asked if they had any steak and they said, “no.” She walked out frustrated. I stepped up to order next and asked if they had white meat chicken. The LaGrange, GA location is the absolute worst example of a restaurant in town. The worst service. The staff has no clue what customer experience means nor cares and is exactly the perfect example of what is wrong with the restaurant industry today. Only there to get a pay check and could care less about anything else. The place is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve been to. It will be the last time I step foot back in the LaGrange location.
