The food is awesome I love Zaxbys. Buttttttt, I think her name is Diamond, she needs to learn customer service and how to talk to customers. Everytime I come in she rolls her eyes as if I get on her nerves and should not be there. After work I would prefer my food without all the rudeness.
Grilled chicken was not done in the middle. This is twice I tried the grilled house salad and it was not done so of course I could not eat it. The unfortunate thing is I ate some of it which must have been the outside of the chicken but when I bit into an undone piece, I knew but then I looked at it and not done, raw. So be Carterville with the grilled chicken breast.
