Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food. The reviews indicate some areas for improvement. While the food is generally praised as "awesome," customers have experienced long wait times in the drive-through and have noted that the building is ready for a remodel and needs cleaning. Some customers have reported poor customer service from certain staff members. However, there are positive aspects as well, with one customer mentioning the fast service in the drive-through and hot food. Another customer enjoyed the chicken and appreciated the sweet servers who walked them through their order. Despite some concerns, Zaxby's offers a mix of strengths and areas for potential enhancement, making it a place worth visiting again.
