I currently work here and definitely have to say the atmosphere and people are great. It’s so fun and upbeat and all my coworkers get along with each other.
This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant in my life. This was my first (and probably last) time at a Zaxbys. It took 30 minutes to get our food. The chicken did not taste fresh at all. The drinks didn’t taste right. The floor and tables were a mess and the restaurant was just not clean. I’d much rather go to Chick-fila-a where the food is a lot better and the employees are always friendly.
On top of waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes or more, I ordered the signature sandwich meal with the bun but on Texas toast and the receipt reflects that. When I opened the To go box at home I had a chicken patty with cheese and roughly 8 fries. This store always sucks and will be my last time ever going there. Save your time and money, go somewhere else’s.
