WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

I really don’t know what happened to this restaurant cause they used to be good. But the last 3 times my food has been horrible. I always get wings and the first couple times I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this 3rd time I was over it. My wings were horrible they are overcooked and no sauce whatsoever. Tried calling them before I left this review, but their phone is going straight to voicemail. I will not be eating here again. $50 down the drain.

Tried to call and place an order for 10min. Finally went to the location and was calling as I walked into the building and was hearing the phone ringing. I placed my order and asked the cashier why they were not answering the phones. She said they were not working. I explained that it was me calling it when I walked in. While I was waiting for my order I called their number again and they took it off the hook because it went straight to the voicemail message. I called it 3 times while I was waiting. Poor customer service. If you don't want to take phone orders then you should be in business. I know they don't care what is posted about them and the cashier showed that when I told her I was calling the phone when I walked in. Food is good as always but show a little care for your customers and answer the phones.

I ordered the Ranch Dry rub wings and got some plain fried wings and ranch dressing and was told this way was easier for the cooks. I was so deeply disappointed since I get that flavor at other locations and it is sooo good! Take it off the menu if you won't make it right 😒

Trash .. spent $30 on 2 plates an only ate 2 wings .. i ordered extra wet wing all flats an i couldn’t even eat one like how is the skin tough? I feel like they gave me some wings they made 4 days ago i just ate the fries .. yall save ya money an go somewhere else

I ordered a 7p chicken tenders combo now if it’s a combo why doesn’t a drink come with it tenders so dry the fries the only thing good and seasoned

Ordered food from here and when I got home the order was completely wrong. I called and spoke to an employee and was told I could get the order replaced when I was back in the area. I called back to have the order replaced and was then told they were going to do nothing about it. The manager was extremely rude and very unhelpful.

It's been a while since I came back to this location. Service was good. Friendly customer service. Great food 😋. I will be back 👍🏽👍🏽

Shrimp in my shrimp fried rice was not clean. Waste of money.

The food is usually always pretty good but a lot of the time they never answer the phone then when i walk in there to get food there's only like one other person in there. So I think their just being lazy and not doing their job.

Cheese was cold on steak I ask if they can melt it down they said it's nothing they can do about it.

The best rice hands down.
