I've seen the Taco Express truck for a long time but never when I had time to stop in. Finally we made it and it was awesome!! The food was delicious, the owners and staff were amazing & the atmosphere was tops! Just moved back from New Mexico. Wasn't expecting LaGrange to have authentic Mexican food. Such a pleasant surprise! Superbién. Will definitely be back. Mi Pueblito y Rio Grande Taqueria are also mucho bien places to check out. Between the 3 I think my cravings for true Mexican/Spanish/Latino food will be satisfied! Wow, I was really impressed on how the food was. It had fresh lettuce which was a big plus. It's a small place with a lot of sundry items. Neat little place to grab a bite to eat with friends. Check out the menu with uniquely spelled menu items.
