This lady literally looked at me and said she couldn't accept my universal subway coupon. Then she lied and told me there wasn't anymore Italian herb and cheese when I was looking straight at it. At that point I knew I wasn't going to spend my money there and as I walked at, she tried to lie to me again and said that all subways are doing this now. No man, you are doing this because I went to the subway up the street and they honored my coupon with no complaint. If you don't want to accept the subway coupon then don't have subway written on your door. This is not your business but you just lost some. I will never return to the subway in the kroger plaza next to clayton state university ever again!

Visited this location on 03/12/24 around 5:00 pm for an online pick up order that I placed through the Subway app. I normally come here often for my lunch but after what I experienced I will not be returning back here. I ordered a bottled Sprite through the app with my meal. As I proceeded to go pick up my food up the gentleman upfront said, “you can take small cup for drink”. I politely replied to him that I ordered a bottled sprite not a cup beverage with my meal. He proceeded to argue with me that there was no up charge on my receipt for the bottle beverage so for that I would need to take the cup. I told him that the app does not charge for a up charge for the bottled drink. I even showed him on the app where it is does not charge an extra fee for the bottled drink. He and the elderly lady who works upfront proceeds to tell me well next time you order you will have to get the cup. However, Little do they know there will not be a next time! Even though the app does not charge the extra fee. I still would have payed the extra fee for the bottled drink but the gentleman was so rude that he did not even offer that option. Both the male and female work were passive aggressive about the whole situation. For that reason I will no longer be returning to this location.

The gentleman at the counter was very rude, snapped at me before we could even order that they dont take coupons. When my mother and I sat at a table to eat and talk for a bit, I noticed the guy standing at the back of the hallways, just watching us. A little while later, he came over to the table with a broom and insisted "are you done eating? I'm trying to clean" and kicked us out.. Even while helping the customers ahead/after of us, this guy just seemed to have an attitude issue. As for the food itself, it was very obvious that the quality of the ingredients is not very high, and somehow my mom's 6-inch sub was $10.50 and my footlong was also $10.50 (no extras, upcharges, etc.) It was a very weird and uncomfortable experience

It was only two people working in the restaurant, a male & female. I assume they are the chain store owner or managers (not sure title within the store). The male was so rude in all ways imaginable. I placed my order for my sub and my son kid meal. The male took & fixed my meal. I requested for my sub not to be toasted at least 4 times but he kept ignoring me. Finally, he removed my sub and I again told him that I did not want my sub toasted. He argued me down that I didn’t request it not toasted all while he yelled at me in front of my son and customers. He still tried to force me to take that sub and when I requested another bread not toasted, he threw the toasted sub on the counter and proceeded to fix my sub aggressively and sloppy. When it was time to pay he threw my receipt at me. I asked for a cookie for my son kid meal. When I got home, he never placed the cookie inside of the cookie bags, it was just an empty bag folded. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT THERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SPEND THEIR MONEY THERE. This happened February 22, 2024!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. One Star is TOO MUCH FOR THIS PLACE. NO COUPONS ACCEPTED HERE. If you don’t want to waste your money. Two Indian couple who works here are VERY STINGY. The vegetables looked OLD and MUSHY. BARELY any VEGETABLES. I asked for more veggies twice and guess what the Indian old man who was handling my food said “HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT MORE” I was shocked that the employee had the audacity to talk back to a customer like that. OBVIOUSLY he was only putting 3 pieces of spinach and little bitty lettucein a FOOTLONG. You KNOW WHAT’S EVEN BETTER? I had a seed that came out of the sandwich. IF YOU DON”T LIKE THE SERVICE JUST LEAVE! Because that’s what I should have done instead of putting up with that old man. HORRIBLE SUBWAY, PERHAPS WORST SUBWAY.

Worst subway experience of my life I ordered a sandwich (turkey,salami,lettuce and other toppings...upon entering the associate was very weird acting and kinda rushing me when I looked at the toppings they all seemed to be discolored anyways 1hour after eating the sandwich I had to throw up for 4 hours straight also had diarrhea I'm taking further steps to have this investigated but just wanted to give a warning for anyone who goes here

The store was clean and the workers were silent, but polite. My one thing that brought my rating down was hygiene. Not ONCE did i see a worker wash their hands. Not when coming from the register, not when exchanging the empty food containers with full ones. And as someone who has worked in the food industry for 5+ years this is disgusting. Never should you have to ask a worker to WASH THEIR HANDS.

I was going to share all of the difficulties visiting this establishment but instead I just looked at the other reviews from other reviews and it was basically the same experience that I had. The only problem that I really had was getting sick after I ate the food, and the BM movement after the next morning. You show them the coupon and order your food they make it and then when you get ready to pay for it they tell you they don't take the coupons. If they had of told me they don't accept coupons I would have never made the order and just left. Everything I ordered was overpriced that was stated on the menu board, we could go on all day my advice to you is simply just to go somewhere else. I really felt like I was being robbed at the register. Not with the gun but with bad food and bad service from the owners.

This use to be my favorite location!!! Im guessing the white looking lady with the blue hair is the manager! She is MISERABLE!!!! The last 2-3 times i came here she has been so unprofessional! She speaks to the staff with no respect & always have an attitude! Today did it for me!! When i walked in i had to wait a few minutes because they were pulling the fresh bread out the oven. So i asked can i get one and the manager refused and said to the other bread is fresh too! As the young lady made my sandwich i asked is the bread hot , she said “no, but we can toast it” SO ITS NOT FRESH!! The vibe in there is completely off!! I hate eating from a place with bad service!!! I will no longer go here!!
