All I have to say is…if you order online for pickup, check your sandwich before you leave! They REALLY skimp and cheat you on meat and toppings on online orders! Paid $13 for turkey and ham footling and could barely find any meat or toppings! Mostly bread! Should have gone to Publix!
I bought a 25$ gift card And got a free six inch sub. When I went to redeem it I did run into a problem. Their scanner was working however it did not scan my phone the staff was Extremely patient and very very helpful. Although I was not able to redeem the sandwich I deeply appreciate their support. Please fix your app subway.

The store was clean and the workers were silent, but polite. My one thing that brought my rating down was hygiene. Not ONCE did i see a worker wash their hands. Not when coming from the register, not when exchanging the empty food containers with full ones. And as someone who has worked in the food industry for 5+ years this is disgusting. Never should you have to ask a worker to WASH THEIR HANDS.
