Drive thru mic doesn’t work well, and be prepared to wait. Gave me the food no drink and ignored me as she walked away very bad service

Waited 45 minutes in the dining room for my food. It was 7pm so not even close to closing. Then waited another 15 minutes for my biscuit. Employees too worried about closing early or something to serve you correctly. I stood at the counter probably 5 different times waiting on stuff. Had to remind them I was still there waiting. This is ridiculous. I dont leave reviews often but this is one of the worst bojangles experiences I have ever had.

Ordered 12 piece meal got 12 chicken mostly legs and wings 1 thigh 1 breast... 6 biscuits...and a tea charge for meal box no sides and charge for tea that's part of meal charges me 49.16 got some and called person kept hanging up on me 4 times bull$hit place will return tomarrow to speck to manager....

I was greeted as we walked in the door! Nobody does that anymore. I was told by the young lady the specials they had. The 2 young gentleman who took our order was so polite and very helpful. I hope Bojangles is good to these employees. The food was fresh and delicious. I just can't say enough about the service we received. Absolutely outstanding customer service!
Parking: Very well maintained at this location. And great employees.
This is not the Bojangles I remember. Water bad, tea was made from the water, bad. Tasted like it was mildewed. Food was subpar. Bojangles has really gone down hill.
