It was 10 am that's when they opened and nobody was ready to serve customers only 3 people working and two of them were counting the money for their registers I will never Go back there again I will go-to dunkin' donuts in toccoa right across the street I will not go to Burger King anywhere anymore I was treated to the same thing at McDonald's

Why did I have to wait over 15 minutes in the drive thru at the speaker when I was the only car? Maybe 4 cars in the whole parking lot? Still waiting on my food….

I seriously dk how this place is still open. Myself alone has had so many issues with my orders. Today I order a Jr Whopper meal with cheese. Drove off, realized I had no cheese, turned around and told them my burger is wrong. They said oh we're so sorry well have them make you a fresh burger. He came back 15 seconds later and said we made it for, sorry again. Drove off and looked at my burger..smh. Well there was cheese but they sit it directly on top of the vegetables, not even touching the meat. I didn't even bother to go back because at this point it's obvious they don't care.

I am not one to typically leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but after what I just experienced, I absolutely had to for this location. I have stopped at this particular location many times on my travels back-and-forth to Atlanta from South Carolina, I have my usual order, nothing special, nothing weird. I stopped today and placed my order and then pulled up to the window to pick it up, no issues, just normal service. I get my food and I pull off. As I pull up to the red light, getting ready to get back onto the interstate, I happen to look over my left shoulder and I see one of their employee sprinting across the parking lot, flagging me down and handing me a bag just before the light turned green. I had no indication and honestly, I didn’t even check because I’ve never had a problem and didn’t even realize that something had been left out of my bag.
I did not get the employee’s name, but somebody needs to look on the store camera’s around 5:50pm today and find out who this guy was and give him a pat on the back or a small gesture of appreciation. Talk about taking customer service to the next level! He definitely took what could have been an aggravating situation when I realized I was missing some of my food and turned it into a really big positive.
Looks like I will keep coming back on my regular trips! Thanks man, you really gave me a giggle and something to smile about for the rest of my trip!! Looks like faith in humanity is not totally lost after all….lol
Wasn’t the fastest service but the staff were incredibly polite and kind. Food came out exactly as ordered.

Terrible excuse of a Burger King. 6 customers and they couldn't even handle it they were arguing over what they needed and what they had ready. waited almost 30 minutes for 2 whoppers and 2 buffalo wraps and everything was cold the fries were soggy and half raw. All of the tables were disgusting Will not be eating here again.

Made a mobile order at the drive through . Every time I have been here the food has hot and fresh and the service friendly and accurate . I like Burger King, but quit eating it until I moved near here . This location is always great . Definitely recommended if you like BK.
