I am not one to typically leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but after what I just experienced, I absolutely had to for this location. I have stopped at this particular location many times on my travels back-and-forth to Atlanta from South Carolina, I have my usual order, nothing special, nothing weird. I stopped today and placed my order and then pulled up to the window to pick it up, no issues, just normal service. I get my food and I pull off. As I pull up to the red light, getting ready to get back onto the interstate, I happen to look over my left shoulder and I see one of their employee sprinting across the parking lot, flagging me down and handing me a bag just before the light turned green. I had no indication and honestly, I didn’t even check because I’ve never had a problem and didn’t even realize that something had been left out of my bag.
I did not get the employee’s name, but somebody needs to look on the store camera’s around 5:50pm today and find out who this guy was and give him a pat on the back or a small gesture of appreciation. Talk about taking customer service to the next level! He definitely took what could have been an aggravating situation when I realized I was missing some of my food and turned it into a really big positive.
Looks like I will keep coming back on my regular trips! Thanks man, you really gave me a giggle and something to smile about for the rest of my trip!! Looks like faith in humanity is not totally lost after all….lol

Terrible excuse of a Burger King. 6 customers and they couldn't even handle it they were arguing over what they needed and what they had ready. waited almost 30 minutes for 2 whoppers and 2 buffalo wraps and everything was cold the fries were soggy and half raw. All of the tables were disgusting Will not be eating here again.

Made a mobile order at the drive through . Every time I have been here the food has hot and fresh and the service friendly and accurate . I like Burger King, but quit eating it until I moved near here . This location is always great . Definitely recommended if you like BK.

APP ORDER IS EASY! Used the Walmart+ Free Whopper. Purchased one too. Both with eXtra onions. Other deals on APP too. Taste great - going back 52 years. Still, wonderful flavor. Will be back always. Nice folks too.

Clean and employees are always nice and friendly. My food has been cooked fresh the past several times we have gone to this location.
Not very good. The people were nice, but the food was not good. Tasted like stale grease.

It can be a crap shoot if Josh (manager) is not there. I went in two days ago when Josh was not there and nobody knew what to do in his absence. I had placed an order on line and got in the drive through, after a short time of the line not moving, I went inside. It was a very chaotic scene…workers rushing back and forth, fries flying all over and just general chaos. I felt badly for the staff because it was evident they had no idea how to operate the business. I was patient but there were customers in line waiting who were exasperated by what they were observing. Now, as I look back on the visit, it makes me smile because it was like something from the 3 stooges😂. What is not appreciated is when they serve up burgers made with beef patties that have been sitting under a heat lamp and are now dried out-doesn’t make for a juicy burger by any standards. But I like the whopper burgers so I will take the “chance “ and go back since it’s closer than the alternative.

Not at all a great experience.. went there a couple of weeks ago. Everything was very sticky/ dirty looking and there were >30 flies (no exaggeration) in the corner of the dining area windows. Saw a handful in the bathrooms and a couple flew out as I was coming out of the bathroom into the main dining and food prep areas. Never coming back...

Filthy/sticky restaurant, unprofessional staff - one unshaven guy behind counter decked our in all black like a biker outfit, manager smoking right beside entrance. Never again!!
