When trying to order a fruit cup without apples for my 1 yr old, I was told that “they don’t do substitutions” by a supervisor/manager.
Being that every chick fil a I’ve visited does this when asked, it was definitely a bit frustrating.
I can’t confirm whether the supervisor was intentionally unaccommodating or attempting to cover up their lack of knowledge/training in how to perform the task.
Nonetheless, we visited a different chick fil a and got what we needed. (Picture attached)
Hopefully, this was an isolated incident and others experience differs for the better.
This is another good Chick-fil-A. The food was hot and fresh. The associates were friendly and the food came out quick. The restaurant was clean and I enjoyed sitting down and relaxing while enjoying my chicken sandwich combo.

THIS IS THE BUSIEST CHICK-FIL-A I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! A fantastic Christian business.
O'my! As my eyesight spotted the parking lot was ... nev'r a lot this so full as this! Not even a spot for a little ole dear in a shiny Subaru. But, alas, was I glad, because I had used the mobile APP my granddaughter showed me. A press of just one finger did it all. I drove up to the drive thru and told the youngster my name as she came to greet me. My pleasure, she declared.

Usually impeccable service and food.. not this time!! Order was to go. One order completely forgot the milkshake, when reminded they brought out cookies and cream not chocolate. Didn’t have time to wait any longer so asked for a refund on the milkshake.. took way longer than it should have!! Second meal, the grilled chicken was cold! Not room temp even!! So cold the cheese never even melted at all. Not impressed at all!!! Definitely not chick fil a usual standards!!
