Very disappointing. We visited at 10:45am and the food was literally barely warm. The nuggets were the smallest I’ve ever seen. Add to the fact that they tasted like leftovers and we are leaving disappointed. My husband got a sandwich that was barely warm too. The fries were hot but overall a bad experience. I wish I had a picture of the size of the nugget. It usually takes up the box they come in and it was 1/2 full. We won’t be back

Hash brown left out my order but received an egg white grill instead. Which I didn't order.
The Lavonia location is going downhill. The last three times I've picked up my order going through the drive-through I never receive my entire order. This last time, I parked and went inside to ask for the rest of my order. I walked in and was not even acknowledged. I finally had to say something to two employees that were standing there just talking. Chick fil a has always had a reputation for getting the customer's order correct, but this location is starting to get the same reputation as a McDonald's. You can no longer go to the Lavonia chick fil a without having to double-check your order. It's very frustrating and not worth the hassle.

I have been here many times. This is the only Chick-Fil-A where I have experienced stingy portions. I finally spoke up about 1 thing and was rudely told to pay .43 more cents for the extra cookie crumble. I explained to her that what I have doesn't even cover my parfait and I go to Athens, Commerce, and Jefferson ALL the time and never have experienced such stingy portions and now you want me to pay extra. She said yes I won't stop here at this one again.

23 October 2024 (UPDATE) Cobb Salad ($9.49) used the wrong size "plate." This action resulted in less of the product. BUT, still, it is the best!
Excessive amounts of people never seen before. They had no plans to deal with the hoardes. See biscuit. Chicken. Smashed now here too?
